Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Nevada

I guess in my last review, I may have spoken too soon. Although my last sandwich was very tasty and very satisfying, the one I had this past Sunday was everything but that. It just wasn’t the same and I hate the fact that they make the sandwich while you’re still paying for your order and you’re not able to tell them what you want in the sandwich and what you don’t or to add a little more mayo or more pickles. I guess it’s nothing like Subway except I don’t care for Subway sandwiches. I would definitely like a do over because this sandwich I had was not satisfying or tasty at all. The last sandwich had plenty of lettuce, mayo, and turkey. This one didn’t and it was flat as a pancake. They got real stingy with the insides. Come on Jimmy John’s, you can do...

This location has now called me back (2) different times, Once last month to cancel my app order and again yesterday. They called me back to cancel the Jimmy John's app order. Ok. I Guess they're not serious about making and selling overpriced $20 sandwiches... The excuse they told me was "That's they had to cancel my app order is because the store was dirty"... okay. Now I know the place is dirty and they don't clean, and they don't want to make sandwiches.... I got it. No more Jimmy John's. Note: to myself, delete the Jimmy John's app... And please stop sending me emails about sandwiches that you don't want to make because the place is dirty... I wish you the best of luck with that...

Ordered 2 subs, they forgot avacado on the one (#12) and the tuna was right so that's good. After they called me up rather quickly to get my food I asked for a bag and napkins. I was told I could get one myself to bag it up as he pointed at them. Bags and napkins where on the other side of the counter where they prepare food. I left without one. Then as I was leaving a employee pulled up next to me into the handicap parking. I told her it was handicap and all she said was she is only going to be parked there for a minute... a minute or not staff shouldn't be parking there.
