Juice Bar at LVAC — Restaurant in Nevada

Placed order 2/23 on line called to cancel was told by j I had to cancel thur the app i made the purchase thur explained i wasnt able to and asked if i could get the next day 2/24 she said yes. Came in (am) explained what happened told her what happened and i didnt want it right now and said she would write my name down so they would know (didnt think i needed her name) got done working out came to the counter explained , and was told there was no note and was asked what i ordered figured i was going to get my drink…others people (7) received there order before me that was behind me when i explained. I asked was my order not being made or should we wait for (j)? Was told since theres no note there nothing we can do… told her why didnt she tell me this so i didnt have to wait...

I visit the juice bar often after I workout. I’ve had great smoothies in the years past but now usually order a 2 Oz wheatgrass and on occasions the oat bar and delicious raspberry filled ones as well. The wheatgrass drink I order with a small amount of ice as chilled it is sweeting with a licorice like aftertaste. The ladies are all very nice so I will name several to commend their excellence service. Thank you Melissa Alice and Emma for all your time and effort you put in a juice bar.

I also really like the digital Apple Pay it’s the first time I tried it on my phone and it works great. That way I don’t have to carry...

This has been my first ever order and last that I'll be making with this place. Worst experience of my life with this place.. I ordered food and they took more than 30 min to make and showing that it was still being made, so I had to cancel my order but little did I know that they would end up charging me the whole price for canceling the order.. the order wasn't even ready and my break was already over and on top of that they don't even have a phone number to reach them other than the office.. honestly what a Rip-off, they should be ashame for stealing people hard earned...
