So it was all untill i needed my tv to be warranty so here for all future customers the owner sells you extra warranty for 100.00 a year we bought 3 yrs to be told that we had to go through the factory warranty when we were told for the warranty we purchased extra we would just have to bring in our tv and would be swapped out no questions asked, well having issues with sound and when we had our tv installed professionally we had all connections wires new and top of the line went thru all diagnose and found these tvs have this issue of the sound cutting out hooked everthing back up to my old tv and eveything worked great, contacted and was told to bring in my tv but they didnt have my tv so id have to down grade to a smaller size which i wasnt happy about nor didnt want to but what do you do so i agreed to and had my tv professionally removed so i could return it to get a phone call saying there not going to warranty my tv and had to go thru samsung since it was a new tv, now they would refund me the additional money i spent for the extra warranty asked when i was there getting my refund why all the tv boxes were plain beware of this place your not getting new tvs your getting refurbished tvs and owner dont honor his word which is big with me as im a local business owner here in town and value all my customers at any and all cost also tv fell under there 90 day warranty as well and didnt even stand behind that again just beware...

I had seen this store for a while now especially since I work nearby but never payed much attention to it until recently. When I went in Gizelle greeted me kindly and helped me. She was very knowledgeable and educated on the product and the features they offered, so much that in the end I bought a tv that wasnt even on display, I just knew that this was the right tv for me. When it came time for payment she walked me through one of their financing options we discussed earlier and made the entire experience easy and comfortable from start to finish even offering assistance with moving the TV itself. I went in unsure if I wanted anything at all and if so I wasnt expecting anything grand at all but before I left I was happy and excited with a new TV I couldn't be more happy with. Yes their hours are a bit strange… but I highly recommend HDTV Outlet. I just bought my fifth tv from them, and I’m satisfied as usual.

I bought a Sony 65” OLED and saved so much buying refurbished versus buying new. The tv is in immaculate condition, literally the only thing that gives it away as being refurbished is the plain brown box it comes in.

My old LG 65” C8 Oled started to develop burn in (very common on earlier OLEDs) so I decided it was time to upgrade and naturally I went back to HDTV Outlet. The tv itself has a beautiful picture and great sound, definitely a substantial upgrade from the LG, all at a fraction of the cost of a new one.

Their customer service has always been great too and work with a couple decent financing providers. Like I mentioned, their hours are a little odd, but their customer service and quality of the things they sell makes up for it.
