Yesterday my husband and I placed an online order at 10:50am the app side said my food would be ready by 11:00am. Arrived at KFC at 11:03am, went up to the counter and was told that my wasn’t quite ready yet and would be a few more minutes, was not a problem at all and I was in no rush. Finally got my food around 11:15-11:20, the girl working told me everything was in my bag, I took her word (my mistake) and drove all the way home to mountain falls. Started to unpacked the bag of food and realized everything was in the bag except for my husband’s chicken sandwich that was part of a combo meal. I drove all the way back to KFC, went inside and another employee who was not working when I was originally there was at the counter. I let her know that I was missing a chicken sandwich from my order, she asked for my receipt I showed her on my app. She went to go ask one of the other employees working and the girl who helped me originally came around and immediately started being defensive and arguing with me. She stated “I know for a fact that everything was in the bag, because I packed it myself”. I told her “no, I specifically checked the bag myself when I got home and it was not in there”. I was not being rude or aggressive in any way and simply explained to her that we got everything else and listed off the rest of my order but we didn’t get the sandwich. She continued to argue with me, pounding her fist into her other hand, saying she knows she packed it and finally she ended up rolling her eyes at me, told the other employee to just make me a new sandwich, and walked away to this hidden area for staff. The other employee looked confused by what just happened and didn’t know what to do. The girl came out of the area she walked off too and started saying again out loud with an attitude “I know it was in the bag because I packed it myself”, rolled her eyes again told the other employee to make me a new sandwich and stormed away again. During the time I was waiting for my sandwich I could hear her in the back talking crap about me to another employee. When my sandwich was done she gave it to another employee and told him to go hand it to me because she didn’t want to deal with me anymore. I never once received an apology the entire time I was there. Instead the staff argued with me, was super defensive, rolled their eyes at me, talked crap about me, and was just flat out rude to me! I did not catch the staff members name who treated me this way but she was a shorter girl and had long reddish brown hair pulled up in a messy ponytail. Corporate really needs to evaluate the Pahrump KFC! Especially after seeing reviews from other customers, that were treated the same way I was and had issues with missing items from their...
Read moreCame in on June 18th at 6PM to pick up an online order placed 25 minutes prior. Came into this establishment in a great mood and left rather annoyed.
Let's start by saying the manager or whatever you want to call her (Do they wear the black shirts) with thing drawn on eyebrows, tattoos on her chest and has a severe attitude problem. When a customer comes in paying for food in the establishment you work in, you provide them with customer service. If you don't like it, don't work at KFC..
Upon explaining I was there to pickup a carryout/online order, I was met with immediate stale attitude. I could hear the lady that was bagging up chicken and sides explaining to this "Manager" I have the chicken in there but I don't know for sure what sides. I watched as the "Manager" sealed my bag (They seal it like it's a bag of chips)
When I got out to the car, I had my wife double check before we left the parking lot. The order was wrong, missing my fries and mashed potatoes along with a corn we DID NOT order. Upon going back inside it took 3 minutes for someone to even walk over after I made eye contact with several employees. It's obvious I'm standing there with corn and my RECIEPT.
Again, the "Manager" finally comes over and I said "You guys mixed up my mash and fries and gave me a corn" After she stares at my receipt for 2.5 minutes, she goes back and tells her employees "This guy says you gave him corn instead of mash" ..are we serious here, why not just correct the problem? I ask for honey and butter, and I'm again met with attitude as if IM AN INCONVENIENCE to her because she has to "Go to the back freezer and get butter" Well guess what, maybe if you were better prepared and stocked rather than allowing your cooks to go out and smoke weed next to the dumpster, we'd have better service and wouldn't need to re-ask for things that should already be included, let alone a decent respectful customer service provider.
Upon getting home (8 minutes away), we notice our chicken is ice cold, over cooked and just flat out disgusting. It went into the garbage and we ate the hot mashed potatoes and gravy. An absolute utter disappointment and disgrace of customer service and employee management here. We will not be back and I'll be seeking a full refund and/or disputing with my credit card company.

Read moreEnded up calling the customer service 800 # . Went through drive thru, ordered my meal got to the window, paid cash, no receipt was given. I was asked to pull ahead for my order , I do. At 546pm I sit out front waiting , at 611 I see 3 employees in the parking lot goofing off not that big of a deal but I feel I have been more than patient... so I pull back around , ahead of the line of cars at the speaker.... to the window that is open as I pulled up the employee closes the window on me. When he opens it he tells me the price for the people ordering , I said no. I'm just here to get my food that I have been waiting almost 30 minutes for now. He says he has no idea what I'm talking about, he was 1 of the only 3 employees working, and they just come back from break. 3 employees working and they all took break during dinner... I was like not my problem where is my food... he chimes back with where is you receipt , I didn't get 1 . He says that's not his problem ... I said the guy with the beard took my cash gave me my change and did not give me a receipt. Well we need you to pull ahead while we figure it out... um no! I have already done that.. well we have a line a customers behind you we need to take care of.... are you freaking kidding me. I m not moving until I get my order. Well we can call the cops and make you move, I said go ahead I'm not moving until i get my meal. What Did you order? I told them again . They made it wrong but close enough (I wanted extra crispy not original) but at this point I just wanted to go home... BTW it was 114 degrees and I was roasting. They gave me my food. And I asked for the receipt, he got really annoyed... sorry not moving without it cause I wanted the server name and ticket # for customer service. Which I called before I even left the parking lot... I'm sure they will not do anything....
