Our overall experience in the hotel wasn't good. Based on the price of stay($250/night) and our previous experiences, this particular stay was one of the least satisfying for me and my wife. The corridor was always smelling of food although there wasn't any kitchen in this building. The room had a old and stale food smell as well. The AC unit was too loud. Room wasn't cleaned even upon request. Breakfast spread wasn't exciting at all (you get a similar food in a motel except the scrambled eggs) After a long day, when we checked in and were assigned the first room we got our luggage to the 2nd floor (no elevator) only to find the room was used and not ready at all. This was after 6pm (way after check in time) and we had mentioned that we will check in late. Had to go back to the counter to get another room (244). Also, the corridors of this building smelt of food always. That was not a good first impression at all. Even our room smelt like left over food. Cleanliness was questionable. The air conditioner was very dirty, dusty and old to my understanding. The AC unit was very loud. It kept waking me up a number of times at night. Till 2AM I also kept waking up to a loud plumbing noise from the next room. And it kept automatically going off every 12 seconds. Called up the front desk after waiting for sometime and requested them to check on it. Had asked them to knock at my door as well when they were there. I kept waiting for them, nobody came down to check with me. Although the noise stopped around 3AM i think. On the 1st morning we had requested the house keeping to clean the room as we were going out for the day. We had also requested the front desk to clean the room, on the way out. When we came back to the room in the evening, nothing was cleaned. Just 2 clean towels were kept on the basin !!

I'm updating this review... First visit: This place is a good value. I like that it comes with breakfast. Plenty of hot GF options. Though individual yogurt options and bananas would have made it better for me. The bonus was the free drink tickets upon arrival. That was unexpected and enjoyed. The hotel has a nice restaurant (Pour House) and bar area with entertainment at different days of week. There's a mini bowling alley with booth seating. The pool and jacuzzi area is pretty standard. Now the rooms. The walls are thin and you can hear a lot. I recommend earplugs if you're a light sleeper. The mattress and pillows were great. But the bottom sheet was tissue paper thin. I could feel the texture of the mattress cover. That was unappealing. Overall a great place to pit stop. Second visit: These are the only differences, though they are significant as it shows not all rooms are created equal. (If you are not happy with your room request another.) When we arrived at our room on our second visit it was visually noticeable the mattress were not of the same newness or quality as our last which I indicated. To me, the most important things in a room are related to quality of sleep - mattress and pillows. Outside of that, no bed bugs. Luckily no bed bugs here, but the mattresses were long past their expiration. Also, the shower in this unit did not work properly. It had a low flow shower head, but unfortunately more water was coming out of the tub spout at the same time, more than what was coming out of the showerhead. I mentioned these items to the front desk and they said they would have these issues addressed immediately. I guess future reviewers will be the ones to tell us if they did.

Every Best Western hotel I have booked has been a great, reliable, and clean stay. I like that when I book with Best Western, I know what I’m getting every time. This was NOT the case with this hotel. Upon arrival, we noticed this is not a hotel. It is a half motel half hotel, and this is not advertised anywhere. On top of that, the concierge employee gave us a pretty hard time about switching to a hotel room. That is what we had reserved in the first place! We got to the hotel building behind the motel/lobby building. We were put on the second floor… and there was no elevator. Again, this was not advertised anywhere. We had to lug our suitcases up a set of stairs. Our room was at the end of the hall, so we had the pleasure of seeing all the scratched up front doors to the rooms. Cozy! Inside the room there were multiple issues. The AC barely worked, was noisy, and the air coming from it did not smell clean. There was also a corner of the room that smelled weird. There were stains on the tiles in the shower. The bed sheets were wrinkly, cheap, and surprisingly not dirty because they did not feel clean. Who cares about a big room when it feels gross? At a minimum you could say the free breakfast is a plus, but if the smelly AC, smelly room corner, and stained shower tiles are any indication of how the keep the kitchen, I’m very glad to skip out on the free breakfast. If this is the experience you are looking for, by all means, book this hotel! However, for me, this place was extremely misadvertised, rundown, smelly, and uncomfortable. Really disappointed.

Had a friend come out to visit and his credit card split in half. So the woman at the front desk said he couldn't check in without 2 forms of ID. The funny part was the strip still worked but she said no to taken as payment so I said I would pay for the room in cash well she asked for $750 in cash for the deposit so he stayed 2 days later he leaves and they bill his broken card yes the one they said they couldn't accept well after a our waiting for my money back we had to go he had a flight to catch. So when they took the deposit the girl did put the cash in an envelope with my name on it. So I take my friend to the airport drive back and to get my money and they tell me they couldn't give it back cause he smoked in the room . Well my friend never smoked cigarettes or anything his entire life. I tell them this they then say ooh it smelt like sage or Curry so I call my friend and asked him he said he did get the Butter Chicken from the restaurant attached to the Best Western. Ok that explains the smell. So I relay that message to the manager she then tells me they can't find the envelope I tell her they just had it. She says let me look again and comes back and says cause he ate in the room I would have to pay for the room. I call my friend and he cancels his flight and takes a Uber back to Pahrump and tells the manager he called the front desk when he first entered the room and there was an odor in the room There were no towels and the TV was not working. They replaced the TV he asked about the odor the maintenance dude tells him it was the AC it was not turned on in awhile and would go away. Well it never did he went and ate at the Indian restaurant attached to the Best Western he got 2 orders of the Butter Chicken he said was good and walked to the gas station and got some air freshener spray and sprayed the room he said he left it in the room for the next person. Now this is the kicker I never stepped foot in the room they kept my cash and still billed his credit card for the odor but now state it was for spraying the air freshener and eating in the room. So stay at your own risk of losing your deposit having your Credit Card billed for a deep cleaning that never happened I live here and asked a few of the employees and they said they looked and the room was never blocked off or scheduled for a deep clean. So stay at...

This is a stop for my family’s vacation. We got two rooms. One of them is a King bed with kitchen suite. The price of ours is pretty high, about $170 per room after taxes.

But then we saw a cockroach in bathroom sink! it was too late at night and we picked it up and flushed it down to the toilet immediately. So sadly, we did not leave evidence to talk to front desk. When my husband opened a closet in bathroom he found some other dead bugs as well.

We enjoyed spa in pool area until we got out and suffered with rash because of extreme amount of Clorox in water. My skin is not too sensitive with going into water and all but this time was different and my body was burning with red rash.

I immediately took a shower but then hot water ran out pretty fast and the water was lukewarm. I have a toddler and she always take a bath in a tub but the tub couldn’t be filled with water because bath tub water stopper did not work! It seems like they intentionally did not fix this so that nobody can flood the carpet in the room.

My husband was thinking of sleeping in the sofa bed but the bed mattress is super cheap that there was no support for body weight but it bends.. so my daughter had to sleep there. It’s making squeaking noises that it wakes her up a bit.

The kitchen cabinets were covered with dust. And I found a hair on dishes...

Other than that, the room is nice and clean. No dust or stain in other surfaces or no bad odor. Front desk lady was very friendly and nice. We tried Indian restaurant that is part of this motel and the food was nice...! The quality of food actually exceeded my expectations :) (and my family have been to Bangladesh and also been to good Indian restaurants in LA so we know how it is supposed to taste like such as Biriyani, Naan, Tandoori chicken) but if you are dining as a family, I recommend to have it take out. It’s a bar and karaoke so very loud in there and it’s kinda odd to see that people drink beer, get tipsy and a band is singing hymns...but that was hilarious moment while I was waiting for the take out. And the band sounds really good. The King bed is comfy and clean! Our room is very spacious 6.I like little grass/garden/fountain area. It’s cute and clean.

I know this review is very long but I hope they improve so that we can visit again. Thank...
