UPDATE: The manager called me back and I very politely listened to her long list of excuses for almost 3 minutes. Once I was given the opportunity to speak I had about 10 seconds before she rudely cut me off with another excuse. What she fails to understand is that we were inconvenienced from the beginning. She said they wanted the pizza back for training purposes. I donāt believe that. Thereās many more details I could write about but it all comes down to poor customer service and lack of management. Thereās no reason to be blatantly rude and disrespectful to customers! Itās very simple to apologize and try to offer something for their inconvenience. She offered a $5 credit to our account but that would require us to purchase something to receive that credit. It would have been a better idea to offer free breadsticks or something when we got the replacement pizza. But they obviously do not value customers.
We ordered pizza on Sunday. The pizza was delivered and seemed like it was tipped sideways because all the toppings slid off the pizza. We tried to tell the delivery driver but they sped off. We called and they said they would send another pizza and wanted the other pizza back and they acted like we did something wrong. We decided to drive to the store and get a new pizza. They were rude and snippy. They gave us a pizza with no apologies or anything to make up for driving there or our inconvenience. No refund of the delivery fee. The general manager called 4 days later and said they thought the issue was resolved. They offered a credit for the delivery fee. This is unacceptable customer service and a slap in the face. This is how you treat your customers? We order from Marcoās several times a month and sadly they will now loose...

I know what I selected when I checked out. I donāt know if the app had a glitch or you guys decided not to make the correct food because itās to much to ask. They delivered me a pepperoni pizza instead. When I called the place for them to hopefully make it right Tracy decided it was best to be rude and not accommodate to make it right. The other small pizza was burnt on top of that I then asked to bring the pizzas back up there to get a full refund they donāt issue refunds. I then asked if they can make the pizza I requested to begin with and his only answer was no. Hopefully Brittany as the GM to this company can see what customer service is about and return my phone call to make...
