Ohjah Japanese Steakhouse Rainbow South — Restaurant in Enterprise

I have dined here twice now and gotten food to go once and both times the food was decent. The first time i was dining in with my bf and he had the steak teriyaki lunch special. He said that it was really good and when I had a bite of his steak it was very tender and the flavor was decent. You could taste the steak instead of just tasting the teriyaki sauce at other places. I was craving noodles and all they had were sauteed udon noodles. So I ordered it with steak as well... And it was delicious. So good in fact that I was craving it days later. Lol

Then the second time I got there lunch special and it was decent. Good amount of food for your buck... But nothing really stood out from the lunch special. But overall decent flavors.

Then the last time I went...I wanted the sauteed udon noodles... Yup...I was craving it again. Lol and like the first time... The meat was tender and the noodles were flavorful.

They also have fried rice ONLY as a side dish so you can't order it as an entree. The flavor and texture is good but Everytime I've gotten it... It's been a tad bit bland... But sprinkle on some soy sauce and it was perfect. I wish they would make a entree size fried rice.

Flavor (4/5)... For the most part.. Delicious. :)

Overall, Everytime I've been the ambiance has been clean and welcoming. Ambiance (5/5) The servers mostly have been good... The first time the server I had.... Had a tendency to shuffle her feet... Which after a while was annoying... But that's a little petty. Lol

Other then that I have no complaints. I'll be back...

The only reason for the one-star is because of our waitress Ms. Choi... I've lived here over 22 years originally from Hawaii and eaten, searching for the best Sushi in Las Vegas & Bonsai is sadly way OVERRATED. Great atmosphere/ambiance & location, but food BELOW average...

Here's why (all you can eat sushi): -1st order shrimp tempura cold -Poki salad, ahi extremely hard -Fried rice 2 ingredients shoyu and onions -Sushi Rolls average

Here's the kicker and I'm assuming he was the owner. He was taking sake shots with customers at a particular table and had at least 10 shots, which is totally fine providing he doesn't forget customers are always first and display high standards of courtesy. So while walking out, he walked out before my fiancee​ and didn't have the courtesy of holding the door open for my fiancee​ letting the door slam in her face. She told me when we were already leaving because she knew what my reaction would be.

Lastly, the bill was $60 plus $10 tip and we learned a life lesson... Going to places we trust that have outstanding food and...

I gave 3 stars for service as our cook was AMAZING. He put on a good show and provided great customer service. The server we had was not very tentative or nice. Our server asked us if we were ready for bags as soon as our food was done being cooked, felt as we were being rushed. Not sure why as the place was slow. Food was cooked great and was delicious. The white sauce is my favorite, I can put that on everything. They serve the traditional salad, soup 🍲 and then your meal. The dressing on the salad 🥗 is so tasty and their soup was hot and savory. Ive previously been to a different location and the service and atmosphere were superb is why I chose to return to this establishment.
