Very poor experience here. Wouldn’t recommend flying through here.
Very limited food and drink options.
Almost every restaurant meal here is in excessive packaging in some way. A place that claims to have sandwiches and pizza, just hands it to you in plastic wrap, like one of the cheap kiosks. What’s even the point?
PEI WEI gives customers 5+ single use plastic items per order resulting in so much trash.
The ONLY coffee option they have is Starbucks — If you bring your own coffee container they refuse to even let you pour the coffee in or just give you coffee in a single cup, because “it might burn you.” Like sheet, how hot are y’all making your coffee anyway that you have to worry about severe burns? 😳
We agreed we won’t be flying through here again. Not worth the layover.

Read moreHam, egg, & cheese breakfast sandwich was pretty good. Pricy for what you get but that happens in an airport. Main reason it's a 3 star is the system to order, pay, & receive your food. No clear method in the signage. If busy, no one to ask. No number system for order pick up so anothet customer and I who ordered the same item just without mustard for him had to ask the employee if she knew. She had to take the sandwiches back and unwrap them to find out because they weren't marked and she didn't know anyone ordered without mustard. Customers stand and coach new customers about how to order then sarcastically mock the system. Management should watch from the outside some time. While the customer sarcasm and joking was funny while I was there I can see how it would cause A LOT of problems and frustration leading to...
Read moreThis is the second time I've eaten here. Probably the last. First time I waited in line for 15 min only to have them tell me they were only serving breakfast. There were not any signs stating that. Not a huge deal... but for 15 min I could have chosen a breakfast meal, and not had to choose quickly so as not to inconvenience those behind me. I decided to try again today. Things went smoother until I asked the person making my sandwich to please cut it in half. With attitude she said "we don't do that. There are plastic knives over there". You can't tell me they don't have a knife available to take care of a simple and probably common request. The attitude wasn't necessary, especially since I asked politely and said please. I can't tell you how the food tastes since both times I am focused on my treatment while...
