Very poor experience here. Wouldn’t recommend flying through here.

Very limited food and drink options.

Almost every restaurant meal here is in excessive packaging in some way. A place that claims to have sandwiches and pizza, just hands it to you in plastic wrap, like one of the cheap kiosks. What’s even the point?

PEI WEI gives customers 5+ single use plastic items per order resulting in so much trash.

The ONLY coffee option they have is Starbucks — If you bring your own coffee container they refuse to even let you pour the coffee in or just give you coffee in a single cup, because “it might burn you.” Like sheet, how hot are y’all making your coffee anyway that you have to worry about severe burns? 😳

We agreed we won’t be flying through here again. Not worth the layover.

Cheap food options High waste and psycho...

Ham, egg, & cheese breakfast sandwich was pretty good. Pricy for what you get but that happens in an airport. Main reason it's a 3 star is the system to order, pay, & receive your food. No clear method in the signage. If busy, no one to ask. No number system for order pick up so anothet customer and I who ordered the same item just without mustard for him had to ask the employee if she knew. She had to take the sandwiches back and unwrap them to find out because they weren't marked and she didn't know anyone ordered without mustard. Customers stand and coach new customers about how to order then sarcastically mock the system. Management should watch from the outside some time. While the customer sarcasm and joking was funny while I was there I can see how it would cause A LOT of problems and frustration leading to...

This is the second time I've eaten here. Probably the last. First time I waited in line for 15 min only to have them tell me they were only serving breakfast. There were not any signs stating that. Not a huge deal... but for 15 min I could have chosen a breakfast meal, and not had to choose quickly so as not to inconvenience those behind me. I decided to try again today. Things went smoother until I asked the person making my sandwich to please cut it in half. With attitude she said "we don't do that. There are plastic knives over there". You can't tell me they don't have a knife available to take care of a simple and probably common request. The attitude wasn't necessary, especially since I asked politely and said please. I can't tell you how the food tastes since both times I am focused on my treatment while...

This restaurant is located near the end of a C terminal corridor near many other restaurants. I ordered an almond croissant. The business was quite efficient, as I was in a short line and a lady prepared my item before I reached the cashier. She asked if I wanted it heated and I said no to expedite things. In hindsight, the croissant would’ve been better warm, but I was pleasantly surprised by how good it was overall. For one, it was huge, a good value for $5 in an airport. Two, the quality was nice for an American croissant. Buttery layers, generous icing and sliced almonds on top, and to my delight, frangipane in the middle. It was the kind of dense goodness I needed to get me through my next flight. If I come through Harry Reid Airport again, I would return here.

Cobbler sandwich was good; the flat breads also looked amazing. Overall, the ingredients seemed to be of good quality (at least for an airport). The service was a little awkward though... Two employees were arguing with each other, and apparently wouldn't work together. So the line was way out of wack; didn't matter where you were in line... One employee would call for flat bread orders to come to the front, and direct sandwich orders to the back. Completely backwards and disfunctional... In fairness, I think they were just stressed out, but it affects the business.

I’ll say this. If you are very hungry and need something to put in the belly. You can do It here . We shared a Tuna sandwich, small bag of chips, bottled water and small lemonade for $24.02. What can you do? Remember to bring snacks if you’re want to save . I have yet to find a place in any airport that actually had good food. I bet Louisiana does and probably Texas. Feel free to follow my Instagram and YouTube channel restaurant critic at “I’m just kidding”. Lol. I don’t have those.
