Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Nevada

I’m a regular customer here, and it’s always great service, but lately it hasn’t been that great. I understand they are always busy so phoning in an order or carry out is always an option. However, when it come to ordering through the app via smart phone (iPhone or Android) it’s always problematic. First, the app does not save the apartment or suite number no matter how many times you mod it via website or through the app. Second, it doesn’t save mods if you want to make a pizza half and half for the Dinner Box deal. Lastly, making any detailed custom instructions don’t save when making your order. It’s absolutely insane that there’s even an app and online ordering option when a fraction of the features don’t even work or are not even viable. There seems to be a TREMENDOUS disconnect or complete apathy between corporate and management at this specific location that has yet to be addressed or fixed. Suffice to say I am EXTREMELY disappointed as I hold this Pizza Hut location to a high regard. Now it’s mediocre at best in terms of customer service...

Took r grand boys out 4 pizza and unfortunately we chose PizzaHut. It seems this franchise has gone down hill 4 years now. Haven't been able 2 eat any of their red sauce 4 quite some time as it has made us sick 2 many times. The garlic parmesan (white sauce) seems 2 b better. As 4 this particular visit, it wasn't worth the amount of money we paid. The chicken parmesan was under cooked and had cool spots. I thought we were getting cheesy bread sticks but instead received cheesy Texas Toast version, which was just so so. The grand boys said that their regular pepperoni pizza wasn't that good, just so so. I personally thought it tasted horrible with just one bite. I noticed 2, that this PizzaHut no longer has a soda machine, and 4 'dinning-in' they serve everything in 2-go boxes. The whole 'dinning-in' experience was horrible. Ordered onlline and was given 10-20 time frame. Waited 15 before I went and the pizza was not ready. I asked about it at the 25 min mark and was told that one was coming out and the other was right behind it.. 40 min into it I asked and was told a few more min. I told them it said 10-20 min online and was told by what I think is a Manager the the internet lies and he cant do anything about it. 58 min I got my pizza and came home just to find that the pineapple was burnt..
