Sicily's Pizza — Restaurant in Nevada

Please, don't order from here! First of all, the lady that took our order forgot to add a chicken Ceasars salad but charged for it. I called and she said she'll returned the money because it was going to take an hour or more to deliver the salad. Then omg, the 20 wings that we ordered, only 3 were cooked, and the rest were uncooked! Nasty, ugh! Pizza: tasted like frozen pizza, parmesan cheese sticks were so cold that it was hard to bite on it. The Alfredo pasta was nasty also. I called and ask to speak with a manager or supervisor, and I was told to call back at 10pm or so when the manager was there and instead of taking a message she ask me what was the problem, I said i don't want to tell you and then repeat everything again and she said she needed to know! When I told her the issue, she said she would immediately do a full refund... I also told her to pick up the food so they could see that I was not lying, and she gave me the owners number.

Called the owner, and he said he was on vacation and gave me the managers number. Called the manager, and she said I'll refund you for the wings and cheese sticks. And that the business had been open for 14 years and never had a complaint. She also mentioned that the wings probably tasted like that because they baked and did not fried the wings.

Please, just be careful with what you ordered, and I feel bad for the owner, but I called like 6 times with no luck.

Do Not!!! I mean Do Not order from this place. Ya’ll know imma foodie and if I’m taking the time to review this the day of my experience, you know I’m irritated.Horrible experience!!!Omg!!!we ordered a large cheese pizza @5am this morning because we in Vegas & was hungry. Mind you they deliver 24hrs. Employee that took our order said they had no more chicken wings🤦🏾‍♀️. 1hr 30 minutes we get a pizza that is overcooked, burnt and pizza box hella greasy. To be honest Little Caesar pizza😂😂😂 is top shelf pizza compared to them. From customer service to the deliver, horrible experience. I call to report the issue immediately about the pizza . I was told to call back after 11am to speak to “Alban” the manager. I called @11:45 spoke with a manager, who 1st tried to act like I never reported it. She was condescending with her approach. Once she actually listened to the steps I previously took to resolve my issue, she said we will send a replacement. It will take 45 minutes. I said ok. Pizza arrives, delivery guy all over the place, speaking with limited english. Pizza looked the same. Let me give you a better visual. ya’ll remember the elementary pizza day😂😂😂 Not fresh Dough, previously frozen pizzas. I asked for my money back. I was told I would need to call back Tuesday to speak with a manager to get a refund. I’m good. I told him to consider the $25 I paid as a charitable contribution and I don’t want the replacement pizza either 💯

In summary: Absolute garbage quality, management, delivery time! Not worth it, you get what you pay for! If you are a tourist, don’t be tempted by their prices, it’s absolute garbage quality if you even receive what you ordered. If you’re a loca, You Should Know Better!! If I could give negative stars I would. I am not to complain frequently or to bother reviewing the small mishaps that occur here and there, but these place pushed me over the edge! First of all, their delivery time was over 1.5 hours, the order was wrong and instead of a salad with grilled chicken, I received a small styrofoam container with lettuce that looked like it had been pulled out of the trash... literally(I will be posting photos on every possible review site)!!! Nothing else.... No Chicken! Their sandwiches/calzones were absolute garbage... mostly just dough and bread and barely filled (they are cut in 4 slices, the 2 outer slices were purely dough, nothing inside)! When I called immediately after receding my order(1.5 hours later) and spoke to the owner/manager, he told me the mistake was because they were very busy and would make a chicken salad and send it. That was yesterday (8.5 hours ago at this point).... I still haven’t received it... hmmm... let’s see if it gets here before next year!!! Straight Garbage! Avoid at all cost!! Note to Business: I am disputing the charges through my credit card company since you did not provide the services/product which I paid for and took no action to remedy...
