Burgers were good but not 5-star great. Cheddar cheese was barely visible on the burger and I wondered if much of it melted onto the flattop. $.25 for ketchup on top of a $14 burger seemed odd. I had high expectations for the fries since they are cooked in beef fat like a big fast food place used to do before 1990. They were OK but they would have needed to arrive hot to be great. Soft drinks were not a major brand but were quite good. A wait is usually a good sign but we waited much longer than we were told at 3PM on a Saturday afternoon. It seemed like they were short staffed. Server was friendly and corrected a mistake quickly.

The place to go to in New Bedford for a top notch burger. Yup they have type casted themselves into a burger place, and I have never gotten anything else here, but the accopaniment's have always been superb. Fries and whatever sides you get, you won't be disappointed with. Friendly atmosphere nice service, a bit on the pricey side, but if you look at the menu it all makes sense, quality ingredients and quality thought into each dish.

Stopped by dNB craft Kitchen for a beer and a burger. Went with the Foam Dead Flowers on draft which is great. For the burger, I went with the Bacon Best Burger. One of the better burgers I've had in the area. The fries were great. The garlic dipping sauce was great. The spicy ketchup was great as well. Appetizers: siracha basil glaze wings- expertly seasoned and cooked well. Presentation was great and the crumbled blue cheese with micro greens surrounding the plate were a nice touch.

Poutine with sausage- this was ok, gravy was lukewarm and cheese curds were not melted nor did they have much flavor. The fries were very sweet and tasted like sweet potatoes fries (which waitress informed us ahead). Everything was fresh, just wasn't too impressed.

Onion rings- served shoe string style, thing and very crispy. They were season very well and don't need any salt. 6 hours later I opened the container to share with my friends and it was still crispy! Didn't even heat it up lol.

Bacon burger: i asked for a medium burger and it was actually served medium (next time ill get medium rare). I switched out the mushroom aioli for a jalapeno corn aioli which I didn't really need because the burger was so flavorful. Tasted like it was served on a potatoe bun. Seared perfectly so it had a nice flavorful crust but was still juicy and delicious.

Cookies : 2 warm and delicious cookies were the perfect ending to this wonderful meal.

Tips: go medium rare on burger. If you order onion rings, get a small size unless you plan on feedin 4 people. Absolutely gotta try the wings! (Only tried siracha flavor). Burgers aren't too filling so get an extra party for $2.50 or plan to have order an app and dessert

2 burgers, 3 large appetizers, 2 drinks and 1 dessert rand me $62 (including 22% top and tax). Everything was...

Delicious food but as they gain more popularity, the service declines. My fiancé and I used to go about every other week because we LOVED the food. But the last 3 times we went, yes THREE times, we have been majorly disappointed. We would wait for seats for a ridiculous amount of time and other parties who came in after us would be seated first just because they are larger parties. We figured this may just be because it’s a weekend and busy. So we tried again... take out this time. I ordered ONE burger and ONE order of fries. I was told it would be about 45 minutes.... for 1 burger and fries. Again a weekend, so they must be busy. Since we have a 20 minute drive to get there, I decided we would just get it. When we arrived 40 minutes after the order was placed, we were told it still wasn’t ready. (Okay they said 45 minutes so we will patiently wait a few more minutes.) When we finally got the food, the fries were cold and the burger was lukewarm. The bun was soggy from the sauces. If our food wasn’t ready when we walked in after 40 minutes, how did it miraculously get cold in the next few minutes that we waited for it? So we spent $15 plus tip to wait 45 minutes for 1 burger and fries and then receive it cold. If I wasn’t starving after waiting so long for my food, I would have brought it back and got my money back. They need to hire more staff so they don’t lose customers over what should be...

Excellent service and and amazing burgers! The herbed wings appetizer was delicious also. The atmosphere is chill and the decor is unique and eclectic. The menu item names are catchy and fun. Our Server was friendly, attentive and gave just the right amount of attention - didn't catch the name but a young man with colorfully tattooed arms. :) However you do pay the same for just a burger with no side as you would normally pay for a burger and fries at other venues - that is my only gripe. It will help us fat Americans to keep the wight off though, and we still left feeling just the right amount of full after a very tasty meal. I definitely recommend DNB burgers!

7/16/21 Just visited the new location and everything was still just as amazing as ever!!! The New Bedford Poutine was delicious, and the burgers were absolutely AMAZING! We had burgers with blue cheese, red onion, micro greens and garlic aioli - so good!! Everyone was so kind, friendly and attentive and our waitress was INCREDIBLE! She was right there for us and available and kept just the right pace with her service - very sweet and GREAT at her job. :) This place was worth every penny, and no other burgers will ever be the same as the food is so good here. What a terrific experience after a total letdown at a major burger chain a few days before (eye roll). Five very enthusiastic stars!! ...
