Cafe Arpeggio NB — Restaurant in New Bedford

I have ordered from here many times and for the most part have had a decent experience. After today I won’t be back. I ordered online for an iced latte and a muffin. I go pick up the order and the latte was hot. No big deal. So I told the woman (not to be confused with the kinder younger girl that works there) behind the counter “oh I’m sorry this was supposed to be iced” - her whole demeanor changed, and she replied “no you ordered hot, it says it on the receipt.” It does not say hot on the receipt, it just says Latte. I said “no, I ordered iced” obviously frustrated with me, she said “ I’ll remake it this time, but next time I will not remake this” very rudely. Which took me by surprise so I just replied “Okay.” Then she repeated herself to which I had to tell her “Okay, it was a mistake.” Their online ordering system isn’t the best so I can see how mistakes can happen. But to be so rude to a customer and to tell them “next time I won’t remake this” is a bit much. That rubbed me the wrong way and I won’t be back. Please work on your customer service skills or at least a sign that says you won’t...

I enjoy their coffee (hot and iced) & hot chocolate. my food order has been incorrect both times I’ve ordered from cafe arpeggio being under new ownership. the first time I went in, my food was given to someone else so I had to wait for it to be remade. when I sat down to eat, the wrong cheese was on the sandwich. I understand these things happen from time to time. next, I ordered an egg sandwich w/ asiago bagel and a plain bagel with butter. the egg sandwich had the plain bagel, and the asiago was with butter. the egg sandwich had no cheese on it, which I ordered and they charge 1$ for. there are also some items on their menu that you can select and pay for but they do not actually serve. they called me to let me know, and asked me what I wanted instead so I chose from the cookies they offer. with that said, their online ordering platform is confusing and needs to be reworked. I understand there are kinks to work out when new to a business, but I’m pretty disappointed and won’t be ordering...

AN AMAZING CAFE!!! My friends and I were passing through the area and wanted a quick lunch however since there were 6 of us with very different diets (we have a vegan, vegetarians, gluten free, etc.) we needed a place that would have something for all of us and Cafe Arpeggio was the place! The food is great! I got the tuna wrap (and the bread was so soft and fresh) and a Caesar salad. I also got an Iced Mocha Latte and it was SO GOOD I highly recommend it. My vegan friend also really enjoyed her smoothie bowl (they have build your own options too!) Before I left I also got a smoothie which was able to be customized! The décor in the cafe is quite nice too! I love the neon I
