Subway — Restaurant in New Bedford

I’ve gone to this subway recently because they are open later now that the pandemic has changed practically every businesses hours. Every single time the staff is polite, kind and professional. And they never say ohh we don’t have that today like other subways in my area, which is a huge plus! They go in the back and get what we want. I wish I had caught the name of the worker who served me and my daughter tonight, receipt says served by 151, because she was so nice and helpful. She even saved us money! Not used to that anymore in the pandemic. People seem like they don’t want you there most days. This will be my go to subway from now on!! I typically don’t do any reviews but this one was so bad I had to. Did an online order, got home to unwrap the two biggest messes we have ever seen. 1 of our subs had 3 pieces of deli meat on it, loaded .. and i mean loaded with mayo..and no avacado. the other one was not even made close to what we wanted. Again, loaded with mayo, dry chicken & uncooked bread.. Had to go back to the store and get a new order. The poor lady was working by herself, overloaded to the brim. The poor thing looked like she hadn’t slept in days and on the brink of a breakdown. Horrible Jessica was extremely rude. I called after placing my order on line through subways website and called to request my bread be extra toasted. I was informed that they didn't receive my order and she was not making my sandwich until order came through. I requested if I could go in person and show the email confirmation. I was told no they cant do that. I requested store number to request refund. She didn't know the store number which is on top of receipt.
