this is the most poorly managed Dunkin' Donuts on the planet. Pulled into the drive-thru at 7:30 a.m. there were six cars in front of me stayed in drive-through till 8:10. Ordered a large hot coffee coffee. Got to the window paid, they tried to hand me two or three different orders and I repeatedly had to request just a large hot coffee that's it. Sat at the window 10 minutes and watched the drive-through orders stack up for the people behind me. A young man-boy comes to the window and says we're working on your order. I repeat, it's just a large hot coffee. He repeats again we're working on it and gives me the excuse that he's got 100 orders. I tell him to just take it one at a time. he says don't tell him how to do his job I remind him somebody needs to tell him how to do his job if it takes longer than 10 minutes to pour a cup of coffee and hand it to a customer. That's how long I waited after I paid at the window.... 10 minutes. And no I did not get my coffee. The tweenie something man-boy had a breakdown at the window and flip me the bird.we exchanged unpleasantries and then I left for Publix to get K cups...
Read moreSaturday December 29th my husband and I stopped in. My husband gets coffee (DD is his favorite/and location is too). I don’t drink coffee but I do drink chi tea. I asked for like a chi tea frappe type drink with Almond milk. I can’t have regular milk. Due to them not being able to put almond milk in the blender machine due to nut allergies that others may have, the sweet lady went out of her way to make me an iced chi tea drink. She apologized but did everything she could to make me something she thought I’d like. She even offered to make me something else if I didn’t like it. She never got upset or aggravated that I need something special made. I really appreciated everything her and her coworkers did to make my drink. This may seem trivial to some folks, but kindness and the ability to help others goes along ways in my book!!! Read moreI haven't had a pleasant experience at either Dunkin' Donuts, but this one "topped the donut." Yesterday's I went through the drive through and ordered my usual iced latte, but requested cream and caramel. After repeating my order twice, I ended up with a mocha latte. I called to speak to the supervisor, Karon, who was unapologetic and VERY unprofessional. I was told how they make a latte and that my request was a miscommunication on their part. I was then told "ma'am, I have people at the counter and I dont have time to "just talk." So if you want to come back in..." by that time I hung up. Is this how Dunkin Donut trains their employees to treat customers? Karon needs an attitude adjustment and maybe some additional training on customer service! Orders are not always what's on the menu. If there is a question about what the customer is asking for, ask for clarification. Dont just make something else and hope it pleases the customer. ASK!
