I went through the drive-through this morning to order the bacon, egg and cheese bagel combo, $5.22. I asked for extra breakfast sauce on the bagel. To my disappointment there was no breakfast sauce. My order was correct on the drive-thru screen however. I called McDonald's to see if they could replace the bagel tomorrow. I spoke with Tanya she said she was a shift lead, despite that she wasn't knowledgeable about the menu and didn't know if there is a 1-800 customer service hotline. She wanted me to come back to give me a cup of the sauce first. I had to explain to her if I return to the store my bagel would be cold by then. I got right to the point and asked if I could get a replacement / free bagel tomorrow. Tanya was very adamant that she would not replace my bagel unless I brought the bagel back. "What you going to bring the bagel back in the morning?" she said to me. Tanya's tone and attitude were extremely unprofessional over a $3 bagel. Then she went on to say the bacon, egg & cheese bagel doesn't come with sauce. Which that is not correct. I asked her for a corporate number so I could complain about my experience. She could not give me a number. So it's okay for me to spend my gas and time to get my bagel replaced? Tanya was acting as if the $3 would be coming out of her pocket. She's fine with me spending more of my money, but God forbid McDonald's give me another bagel. I've ordered the turkey, bacon cheddar sandwich from Dunkin Donuts and they forgot the sauce and I called and they replaced it free on my next visit. Tanya made miserable...

I have not been back over to the place sense they have giving my order with one bad food , and I got sick from the steak on the platter with the big breakfast ! We had called in the place and speak with the manager ! We told them what had happen about our breakfast orders ! The manager ask for her , and she will be glad to help replace the order for no cost ! Its been the long three week for I have gone back to get our orders ! Now it's been almost two month sense we last been back to McDonald's ! So I don't even know about when we be coming back ! P.s. : really McDonald's need to train the person that is and need to know about the food to be serve out right ! Sometime , it's put to much season on the burgers while cooking them ! Need to know about keep frozen steak in the refrigerator and never thraw them out while not cooking any more steak ! To keep meat out and thraw out will cause food poison in the other food that have been cooking with the same grill cooking ! Lucky , that nobody turn in McDonald's for food poison to the customers ! Read moreI made a mobile order and it came out after about 5 minutes but the employee had forgotten my drink. She went back and got it. I went and parked to eat and noticed my sandwich was someone else sandwich and it had mayo on it so I had to get in the drive thru line and wait. When I reached the speaker the person told me to drive up. After I got to the first window I was told to pull up to the next window. When the cars in front moved I pulled up and the girl asked what I wanted I explained it to her and gave her the bag with the sandwich in it. Then a manager came over and asked "what are you saying is wrong with this" I answered that it was not the correct sandwich and she looked at me so I said I thing it was a special order for someone else. Mine was no onions. The one I returned had multiple changes. They asked me to pull up and the after another 3 or 4 minutes they brought it out. Everyone was polite and the burger was wonderful when I finally got it. The burger was fresh off the grill. I think they may need to check their procedures for a better way to handle returns of mobile orders because it ended up taking me 3 times as long as it should have for me to get my burger.
