Lone Star Lounge Creekside — Restaurant in New Braunfels

If I could give zero stars I would. The staff was SO RUDE!!!!! We live in the neighborhood and go to Double Schotts regularly, so with lonestar being next door to DS, we wanted to try it out!! We walked outside and sat down at the second window, the bartender was so rude and unhelpful! I don’t write reviews, I was so appalled by her behavior that I am writing a review and I hope management sees this and speaks with this girl about her horrible unfriendly attitude. The bartender was wearing a green camp shirt. Instead of being kind and welcoming she was demanding, sassy and her attitude alone caused us to take our business elsewhere. Don’t go to lone star unless you want to deal with a rude...

This is not a good bar. On my most recent visit, the bartender Bryson gave very poor service—I waited over 5 minutes just to place a drink order while he stood around chatting with others. Because of this, I marked no tip on my receipt, but he still tipped himself $10 on my card without my consent. I’ve since filed a police report for theft.

This wasn’t my first bad experience here. On a previous visit, I saw two people in a side room (with barn-style doors) using cocaine and having sex. When I tried to report it, the bartenders rejected my concerns and told me to stop yelling.

Between the unsafe environment and dishonest staff, I cannot recommend this...

We live right down the road so it’s out of convenience that we come, but also bc we have had great experiences here. However, the time before last, it took forever for the bartender make to our drinks and it seemed like she didn’t know what she was doing. Tonight though drew the line, bartender was so deep in conversation with friends I guess that we were ignored even after other customers were calling him by name to make him aware that we needed service, he still continued to talk. What drew the line was him going to the restroom while my husband was in there and he didn’t wash his hands….ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!...
