I’m currently confused because the person who handed us our pizza said that all of the red pepper packets were expired. Firstly, how does that happen? It takes two years for red pepper flakes to expire. Secondly, even when they do expire, the taste just fades. It doesn’t actually “expire.” Very confusing interaction.
I bring this up because EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I have gotten a pizza here (many many many times, as it’s the only good pizza place near me,) they don’t add packets of cheese or pepper flakes. And I do specifically request it. Not once have we actually gotten the packets in the box without having to check and correct it.
On top of that, when I pull up to the window, I sit there waiting for ages. Do they not have a way to tell when someone is in the drive thru? I’ve had to call the store more on four separate occasions to get someone to come help me, and one time they didn’t even answer the phone at all.
They close and lock their front doors at a very loose 7:30-8pm (even though they’re open for three more hours after), and the sign above their door flashes “OPEN” regardless of if they’ve locked the door. So when they inevitably don’t put packets in the box, I can’t even go in to get some. I have to loop around back to the drive through window and just hope someone notices I’m there.
The pizza is delicious but INCREDIBLY OVERPRICED so it’s impossible to eat here unless you get a coupon. Good thing they do have coupons often enough that I eat here maybe once...
Read moreCompletely unprofessional. The specials are a gimmick. I know because I worked at a pizza shop and there is literally always a "special" going on. I wanted 1 large cheese and 1 medium. Super easy.. the guy who didn't give me his name over the phone said he couldn't apply the special to both. So I said okay I'll place a second order then?. He flat out just replied that he would cancel my orders instead of apologizing and saying that is not allowed. So I replied okay so you're gonna be an A-hole about it? & he just just simply said that yeah he was. Im disappointed to say the least. I had also set up an account over the phone months ago and my info was entered incorrectly so I never got my earned points. I spoke to one manager who said they would add 200 points since they know I'm in there all the time. Still have yet to received them. I asked a different manager today and he said even though my order history shows over 27 orders he can't add points or do anything for me unless I brought receipts in. Read moreI ordered my pizza online through their app and when I went to pick it up the manager told the cashier they had to make it over. I waited 10 minutes with no reason why they made it over and when I got my pizza it was still WRONG!!! I spoke to a female manager who was so RUDE! Instead of fixing it she wanted to argue with me showing me what receipt printed out and I said it was YOUR mobile app so you should report this because it’s not what I ordered and she wouldn’t drop it. I said look instead of arguing with me about how your app is wrong why not just fix my order? She rolled her eyes and kept snapping at me. NEVER COMING TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN!
