This was my first time going, I’ve always seen It’s pretty busy. I usually make my own coffee at home, but today I was craving chai latte so I decided to give this place a try. The lady that took my order was really sweet. What disappointed me about this place was that I paid $5.14 for a small size latte. To make it even worse, because I tend to ask how much sugar something has because of my health restrictions, I realized that they pretty much served me a premade latte and charged me almost as much as it cost to buy that carton myself. Cannot speak for their other menu options, but definitely disappointed for my first experience. For sure will be my last.

I’m literally flabbergasted. This was my go to everyday coffee shop. Like I spend so much money here it’s unreal. So today I had a further drive than usual so I asked for my refresher without ice so it wouldn’t be watered down by the time I get to my destination and they had the audacity to hand me a medium sized cup with a quarter of the drink in there. I was Literally too stunned to speak so I just drove off. I know Ice takes up a lot of the drink but I’m paying for a medium drink, not a medium cup of ice. I’m still just lost for words. Im embarrassed for them to serve a drink like that. Time to find a new go to coffee place. Do better OTG

Thanks for always doing an amazing job on our am coffees!!! My favorite drink is the grasshopper and it helped me get my caffeine fix for the Home & Garden Show last week so thank you!! Our two dogs LOVE the complimentary pup cups (whip cream with dog treats) and actually start licking their lips as soon as we turn into the drive! We’ve been coming to this spot for 2.5 years and will continue to do so!

This is the closest coffee place to me and also on my way to work, so I frequently swing by and pick up my morning pick-me-up for both my mom and I. For some reason, today of all days, they made the absolute scrumdiddilyumptious coffee we have had at this location. The coffee is normally good which is why I keep coming back time and time again (also the stamp card is a smart way to win my loyalty) but today, the heavens opened and the coffee angels sang upon this cup. When I got home to deliver this gift to my mom, she took one drink out of hers and asked me if I ordered her usual because it was so mindblowingly good.

Of course I'll be coming back. I have 7 more slots on my stamp card. Also, the baristas are always...

Updated: we.love this place way too much. I go there way too often. I gave it a few more chances and it's been amazing ever since. They've had more fun people working there and on top of their game now.

Absolutely worst coffee service and "coffee" I've ever had. The kids working must have been higher than a kite. We ordered two large drinks, paid $10 and they didn't even have a hint of coffee taste in them. I saw the girl fill the cup with milk. She messed up the order twice. We won't be returning. We love supporting small businesses but this was unacceptable. My husband raves about this coffee but he frequents the Universal City location. He even said that the 46 location was the worst...
