I was really trying to give them a few chances, but it seems like this location is going downhill. None of the employees I have interacted with over the last few months have been very pleasant. The last time I chose to dine in they let me order a pizza and I waited about 5-10 minutes after my whole table had already been served to ask where my pizza was. They told me they didn’t even have pizza crust to make my pizza, but somehow the people that ordered after us got their pizzas with no issue. When I asked the girl to refund me she said she didn’t know how and just looked at me with a blank expression. My fiancé had to tell her to find our receipt so that she could refund us and when she called for manager- mind you, he was standing in the kitchen just watching the whole time and not once asked if we needed help- he acted like it was a huge chore to have come deal with a mistake both he and the girl at the counter made. Just now I went and ordered a double cheese pizza and there was only cheese on the very center of the pizza and the rest was drowning in sauce. At this point I will no longer be returning to this location because it’s just a disappointment about 70%...
Read moreIt’s Schlotzsky’s, the food is fine. But, I’ve been going to this location ever since it opened, and I don’t think I have EVER gotten the correct order in the drive thru. I’m never given everything, or it’s completely wrong meal, or something is missing. I am in no way being sarcastic- YEARS of going, and NEVER gotten it correct the first go around (ok maybe once when all I ordered was 3 chocolate chip cookies). Anyway, it’s fine if you go inside because you can get it fixed easily, but the drive through is a very slow disaster. Just today, I got the wrong kids meal, I used a coupon for free chips, and between fixing the kid order and a crying baby, I somehow didn’t end up with the free chips I used the coupon for. Boo. If possible, go to the Walnut location- they are always accurate! But this place just seems to accept they’ll always be wrong, and they never apologize or compensate- but honestly, they’d be out of business if they compensated for mistakes. I give 2 stars because despite the mistakes, employees...
Read moreWe arrived on Thursday evening at 7:50 and the doors were locked. I knocked on the door and after a few moments caught the attention of a female employee. She made a "wait a minute gesture" and we stood there waiting. Never did anyone come to the front door. Out of frustration, I walked around the side of the building to the drive-thru and asked the employee (the same one from earlier) if she planned on letting us in. Her curt reply was no, the front register was not working so the front dining was closed. There was NO sign or anything on the door to indicate this! What I don't understand is that if the front register wasn't working and the back one (drive thru) was then what was the problem? There were at least 4 people working in the store at the time. I normally don't give bad reviews but this really made me angry! A bad review for Schlotzsky's over a couple of cinnamon rolls - Very poor...
