Absolutely atrocious delivery service. I waited over an hour for two subs to be delivered less than 5 minutes away from the store and the food never arrived. Spent over $50 and didn’t even receive my food.
Update 6/12: a day later I reordered my same meal for a pickup to see if they could rectify the situation. I asked for no lettuce and tomato on one of the subs.. I don’t know who made the sub or what they think these toppings are, but they definitely got it wrong.
Update 6/16: it’s been 4 days after attempting to get a refund with no avail, after I was ASSURED by the manager on duty I would receive it. I finally had to go through my bank.
I would not recommend going here. This has been an absolute nightmare. I’d rather travel to another location that I’ve never had...

Either they don't read instructions or they just don't follow them. I ordered 2 subs and neither one were done correctly. I ordered a veggie sub and called them and asked them to put very little mayo and a lot of fresh vegetables on the VEGGIE SUB! They sent me a messy sandwich with no vegetables and a lot of mayo. The very opposite of what I ask for. This is not the first time this has happened. I tried to give them a chance to redeem themselves. They failed miserably!! Mike should leave Jersey with that b.s. If I could have left a review with giving a star I would have. Do not order from this restaurant! With their soft tomatoes and brown lettuce! No one should receive food in such an awful manner! Yuk! Normally my sandwiches from this location are delicious.They are so good I call the shop and let them know how great my sub was. Today I ordered my sub and all I tasted was salt and it was not appetizing at all. Twenty minutes after tasting the sandwich and I still taste salt. It was a disappointment because it’s been months since I had a Jersey Mike’s sub and I was so looking forward to enjoying it.
One month later I see the response to my review last night and I called the shop and spoke with the manager Alexis today.
