A worker at this location cost me my career. She had the nerve to make a report about me which just cost me everything. I have always been there to help everyone that I possibly could. I never mistreated any customer: ever. The next thing that I know: I am contacted and told that I received a report of problematic behavior; therefore, I can no longer work in my profession. Just like that: I lost all of the money I could have made: all of it. So unlike her: I now have to suffer. She requested a ride to go to Honeygrow. When she gets into the car, I said hello to be polite to her. I even asked if she had to make any stops along the way seeing that I never charge extra for a customer. She responded that she did not need to make any stops. I did not want to say anything to her over the fact I could feel the negativity in the air. She looked totally unprofessional and had an awkward looking nose ring that you would see on a bull or something like that. I did not expect her to say a word for the whole entire trip: but she did. She started explaining how she was a manager or supervisor at Honeygrow or something like that. I honestly could not remember if she said she could not drive because she had a D.U.I, D.W.I, or some other related drug charge and how her license was suspended: and that was the reason that she needed to take rideshare. When she first arrived in the car, she had an attitude. I said hello: and she did not say anything back to me at first. Therefore: I did not want to say anything to her. She started talking 30 seconds after starting the trip: then I thought: maybe she was having a bad day: and needed to vent, so I listened. She mentioned something about she was not sure if a rideshare was going to be available in the morning at the time. I explained to her that I usually drive around that time: and I gave her a business card in case there were not any rideshares available. She took the card and left. A few hours later: I get an email from the company that I used to work for stating that a rider felt uncomfortable in the car and had reported me. I asked the rideshare company specifically who it was; yet, they would not inform me or anything so that maybe we could work out the misunderstanding. I knew it was her over the fact she is the only one who had a negative demeanor in the car. The next thing I know: the rideshare company permanently deactivated my profile. I could not believe it. I put everything I had into driving for that company. I never mistreated anyone: my rating proved itself at the time. This woman takes it too far and reports me making it seem as though I was harassing her or something like that? They just side with her instead of asking me, "Hey: what happened? Please let us know so we could talk about it. Maybe there was a misunderstanding." She stated in the report that she was "uncomfortable." I would like to ask everyone reading this a question. Please think about this for a second: if she was that uncomfortable in the car when I was driving: why would she have started talking 30 seconds after I started driving in the car? How would I have known she was a manager or supervisor in the coffee industry if she was that uncomfortable? There would be no way possible for me to know that. All from her report, I lost everything: even my income. You just cost me everything when it did not have to go that far. Where did the discomfort come into play? I provided you a super clean car for the ride. Please tell me what more could I have done? The car was thoroughly cleaned: and you had no reason to complain about anything. I am not working now because of you. I can not believe you did that. I did not even pull the race card or anything like that in my explanation to be fair. I ordered food at 7:51 PM on the honeygrow app with an ETD of 8:26 PM. By 8:39 PM, the order hadn't arrived. Called the store - they didn't seem to care much, but they told me to call back at 9:00 PM. (Here, they're putting the burden on the customer for the company's mistake.) I called at 9:10 PM. They claimed they had no idea what happened to the order and they said that they were unwilling to remake and deliver the food (as promised). They seemed to care less and it seemed like I was bothering them, even though I had just spent about $25 ordering one item of fast-food delivery from them, including tip, tax, and delivery fees. They told me I could walk to the store for a new order - otherwise, no food for me. They then vaguely suggested that they'd talk to their manager and that I'd get a refund in 2-3 business days...hopefully. Finally, they said that if I didn't receive a refund, I should call back again. Why am I supposed to do more work for their mistake if they've taken my money and given me no food?
Also, I don't think blaming the delivery service Honeygrow contracts is acceptable. If Honeygrow offers delivery through their mobile app, their employees should stand by that service. Instead, they passed the buck to the contracted delivery service and failed to take responsibility.

The flavor was so great: nothing overpowering, not oily, and coated in just enough of their sauce. I wish I were able to add special instructions on Uber eats because I HATE peppers and would have removed them (and there were A LOT) but that's okay. I gave 4 stars as opposed to 5 for two reasons: When I walked into the restaurant, I had no clue what I was looking for, and all the staff just looked at me while I tried to figure out where to pick up my order, no one offered any assistance.
