Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in New Castle

The individual working was outstanding! She went anove and beyond to make things right with an encountered problem. I did not get her name unfortunately. IF they trained her then 5 stars plus for them. Now they don't have the best pizza. Just a quick inexpensive solution for dinner sometimes. It is okay every now and then. They did not make my pizza correctly and I was not happy about that. She was very apologetic and even offered to bring my pie to my car when it was ready. She did that and again apologized for my wait and their error. Plus added free crazy bread as a makeup. Wow! I didn't make a stink or cause trouble as they were busy and errors/mistakes happen. Just simply pointed out the mistake and asked how long it would take for the remake? But her level of customer service and professionalism goes a long long way and is much appreciated. They already get high marks in my book for their treatment of veterans so this just enhances my view of their business. HIGHLY...

I came in as a Dasher tonight (8/6/24) after a big storm had blown out of a ton of power for restaurants all over & it was immediately clear that the entire team of a whopping 3 people were running around trying to catch up while handling cranky customers. They did phenomenal! I felt so bad they were understaffed but the team worked together damn near effortlessly. They were super kind to me and very attentive which isn’t the norm in that setting & I was overall impressed. My only regret is not catching their names to specifically put on this review. I put my own order in just a little bit ago and when I arrived to pick it up I mistook the building for being closed 🤦🏻‍♀️ Thankfully I caught one of the team members on her way outside for a quick breather and she paid my stupidity no mind and was super sweet! Unable to get orders correct. Ordered Italian cheese bread, got a 4 cut cheese pizza.

Workers wear masks under their chins... how is that helping to keep germs out of my food?

Card reader glitched out after I signed. I was promised it wouldn’t double charge, but guess what? Double charge on my bank acct the following business day. Was told when I called that since it only showed 1 time on their end that I would have to dispute it with my bank. Bank won’t do anything because the retailer should be since it was a known electronic error.
