New queso fries are mid. Burnt on the top, tastes like I’m eating American cheese. 3 dollars for a small order of fries with burnt, flavorless queso on them. In this economy? I’m lucky they even got the order right. Still better than the flavorless burgers, though.
As for the service, nothing new, once again. So many great teenagers looking for work in this town and they always seem to hire the ones who don’t want to be there. Ever. You pull up and they act like you’re a bigger waste of time than the time you’re wasting by waiting in line for a bunch of lukewarm chicken nuggets. Personally, I blame the managers. After several times hearing stories about them, from customers and ex staff members, seems like they spread the contagion of “head up my butt” disease.
I almost wish their was an award for how quickly a restaurant can go downhill. This place used to be nice.
Update: Went there again, my burger is completely pink inside. Called but no one answered. After seeing how their manager treats the employees from someone who was soft fired instead of the managers having half a ball to really tell her, I can easily see why the service is so poor and the food is half made. Imagine working for such a douche. Cross our fingers they get new...
Read moreAwful experience twice in a row. Ordered $5 biggie bag, Jr. Bacon cheeseburger ketchup only, small coke, and ranch and sweet and sour for sauce.
The person handed me my drink with the lid half on. I asked her if she could pop it back on. She then looked at me like I was stupid. Took the lid off and handed me the cup. I said no the lid was half off and was asking you to put it all the way on. She put it on and handed me the drink. It was a sprite or something else clear. I ha did it back and told her and she rolled her eyes looked at me like I was being a problem for her and took it back and handed me a coke. I get home and there no sweet and sour and the sandwich has lettuce and mayo. No ketchup only. Wow.
This is the second time in a row I've gotten wrong order. The last time was breakfast. I got the complete wrong order 100 percent. Walked inside cause I waited 25 min in drive-through to get food. And they told me sorry it's lunch nothing we can do for you. And me and 3 other angry customers left.

They didn't fill my order properly and about half of it wasn't there. So I went back and asked for it and was told I had it. She wasn't giving me nothing. I didn't know it was standard procedure that I had to check my order sitting in a drive thru with 2 or 3 cars behind me. Or take food from a five yr old an tell him he cant have it because u have to take it back. It's fast food!!! I shouldn't have to check my order its supposed to be there. And isnt it supposed to be that the customer is always right? This is the third time I have ate there in 2 months and something has been missing.
