Dunkin' — Restaurant in New Haven

I simply asked for a toasted cinnamon rasin bagel with cream cheese. The bag felt warm so I assumed I had a nice TOASTED bagel so I can enjoy while I'm on the train on my way back home. The bag felt warm , but when I open it my bagel was not TOASTED at all with barley any cream cheese. I want to cry yes over food & something so simple because when you're pregnant, and you're craving something specific you want just that.. I never gotten a receipt after I paid for my items.. but if I did I definitely would be calling the store manager or corporate.. because next time give me what I order, and give the customers their receipt when you're done & my refresher drink I ordered with my bagel a mango pineapple...

I always have an issues with my orders in this location. The first issue - wrong work hours. They are not close after 6.00 pm as Dunkin app says. So I cannot place my mobile order because they didn’t update hours. The most of the workers absolutely do not understand how to scan coupons. Usually I get a coffee there with some free treats after applying my coupons. Today a lady scanned my coupon, I explained her that my coffee came with free sandwich. She didn’t apply my coupon correctly and did not give me my sandwich. When I asked her, she offered me to buy a coffee again. But she already scanned my coupon!! And I cannot use it twice. Horrible!!! Ordered a Medium Iced Coffee over the Weekend and it was Weak Tasting with Little Ice, I got Home to add More and it jus Weakened even More! 2 Customers Before me came back with Same Complaint! I'm Sure they were Disappointed on the Train! Ugh! Anyway, I had walked with my last $2.75 I Scraped up to Purchase it! Long Story short, upon calling Manager who told me to come for Another, was Rude and seemed Aggravated when I Showed up for the Error Fixing!!!
