CC's Coffee House — Restaurant in New Iberia

Been coming here for a few years now. The place doesn't feel like it use to. The barista have no customer service skills. They seem to be bored and and on their cell phone. One always look like she need some sleep. They never said hi or welcome to CC. I feel like they don't want us here. It pretty quiet here so it easy to get work done that the only good thing. I usually only come to this location when I am tired of driving far. I always go to another CC the next town over. It about 25 min drive but it worth it. What a joke. Ordered a coffee and an almond croissant. They no longer sell them but it's on the drive thru menu. So instead i ordered an orange cranberry muffin. She asked if I wanted it warmed. At the window she asked what size coffee I wanted. I pay. She hands me my coffee and says thank you. When she comes back she asked if i had something else. I told her yes, i had a muffin. I come to this location very often. Always has great service, always clean, and the coffee is always good. And the few times I had a mishap the employees were fast to fix any and all problems. But recently I’ve had to let them know every single time I come that they over charge me and this last time I went they still overcharged me and gave me a coffee half the size and telling me that’s what I asked for. 3/10 probably won’t be returning...
