McDonald's — Restaurant in New Iberia

Went through the drivethru. I ordered a cheese burger happy meal with fries. The the fries were awful!!!! Tasted like old dirty grease. When I tried to call and let them know, the phone rang at least 10-15 times only to be picked up and hung up! I tried 5 times, same thing each time. Feb 13, 2021 @12:30 I could have easily gone anywhere else and I will next time!

I waited 7 months to come back to this McDonald's . I went thru the drive-thru and ordered a Big Mac meal. I was told to pull up and wait. So I thought something was going to be fresh and hot. MY MISTAKE! The bottom bun was hard as if stale and the burger cold and the fries were cold as well. Whoever owns this one might want to check on his place of business and the workers. I will never return to this McDonald's again! Horrible food and doing an injustice to McDonald's...

I was in line waiting too order... After a worker came from bringing an order outside he asked the customer in front of me if he ordered the guy said no.. The cashier took his order.. (in between that customer ordering a worker came from the back and used the kiosk too order) after the cashier took the customer order in front of me.. The worker went straight too the counter disregarding me standing there and gave the cashier her ticket. Idk if that's something McDonald's does r not but I found that too be rude! I didn't say anything because I had my 5 yo great niece and if it wasn't for her wanting McDonald's I wouldn't have been there! So McDonald's is that protocol? If a kiosk order comes before a person standing in line waiting too order I will NOT be back too any of the McDonald's...

The manager for this location should be in charge of conducting employee customer service and job training for locations across the nation. I stopped for coffee and the restroom. While washing my hands the manger came in with a new employee and showed her how to mop the floors.

I walked to the counter and ordered coffee. I looked around and saw employees mopping the floors and cleaning tables/counter tops. Everyone was in uniform with their hair pulled back and groomed, along with their pants pulled up with belts on. This team is being run by a first-class, old school manger who means business. I walked to my car and saw an employee sweeping the parking lot and picking up trash. This manager is wonderful and has set a great example of what strong ethic looks...
