I wasn't supposed to come back to this place after the man casually charged me a higher price for a meal I usually get. Well I forgot about it and went back yesterday. This time the lady charged me 33.67 for a 5 piece chicken tender meal that was supposed to be 8.30. Good thing I caught it on the spot because when I asked her if I would get a receipt showing the credit back to my card she acted like she didn't understand. My wife and I were here visiting from Texas and stopped there to eat, BAD DECISION!!!!!!!!!! The floors were nasty and tables were nastier!! I don't understand how a customer waits 15 minutes for his order and when the order is received the food is cold!! But what really got me is when I went to the counter and told the manager that the food wasn't hot he and another employee got very upset!! Haven't eaten here in a few years .I can say they're still pretty delicious. I recently , ordered here and I can say it's not the absolutely best , food I had , but it pretty dang good compared to other restaurants in this area, that's supposed to be more catered to the creole style .This place TASTE creole, meaning flavor wise it seasoned better then other, so called creole style restaurants. The portions are large and we'll priced. I bought my entire family of 5 food here and still had left over for a second nearly 3rd serving. I would recommend trying this place .
