Rude, extremely rude! Was calling an order in for my kids school. The first man on the phone hung up on me was extremely rude and rushing me on the phone for my online order and huffing and puffing. Upon being rushed I was trying to explain the order needed to be dropped off by 12. Upon hanging up the guy asked if I’d like to add an additional tip, I stated no he huffed and puffed I asked what’s the issue and he made a statement that he’ll see if he can have a 3rd party drop off the food because this was another no tip of the morning mind you it was only 45 minutes after opening (10:45am) and I stated I didn’t know a tip wasn’t added since the price was already at 18$. I said go ahead and add a 2$ tip the guy got extremely argumentative and stated he will not accept the tip and see what he could do to make sure the food makes it there by 12:30 and that he’ll tip the driver himself and I said sir it’s no problem I didn’t know how the fees work, if adding an additional tip will get my kids food to school by lunchtime please add it. He argued service fees aren’t a tip! I asked to speak to a manager and over heard him talking to a lady stating I was screaming and yelling at him which was false as I was also at work which was why I was calling in an order for my kid.This guy said he is the manager and that he could not give me his name and I’m wasting him time here’s an email to express concerns. I asked him to repeat it so I could grab a paper and pen to write the contact information down and he told me he has too many customers and doesn’t have time to deal with me and hung up again. I’ll see if u can get it there by then and hung up. At this point I’m writing a review as this is absurd. The service was terribly rude. Will never use this...
Read moreordered at 1133 at 1150 noticed on tracker it was out for delivery (mind you I'm in the same parking lot as them). At 1210 i called to ask about it. They said it was out for delivery. I called at 1210 offering to pick it up myself. No its out for delivery. I called at 1226 to speak with manager and he stated "all deliveries are an hour there nothing i can do about it". When i complained that I'm in same parking lot and my food shouldn't travel all over town before getting to me, he told me "there's nothing i can do and i don't need to be harassed" then hung up. I would loose my job if i spoke to customers that way. Let alone lied to them about delivery time. If i get desperate enough to use this location again I'll be picking up myself. I would like at least my delivery charge and tip back. I feel cheated. I'm curious as to why only the positive reviews get a response...

How do you leave someone's sandwich outside in a chair(I work I'm doctors office), but I only find out by calling the store to say I never received sandwich then was told where it was.
