Nancy's Pizza New Lenox — Restaurant in New Lenox

I've been ordering Nancy's for years. Love their stuffed pizza, which I order at least once a month. Minor issue with the last order...my extra sauce was forgotten. When I called back to inquire about stopping in the next day to get my sauce, the young man on the phone informed me they were closed the next day due to short staffing. Completely understandable. The 'older' delivery person is always courteous. He even thanked me for my generous tip a couple of months ago. I believe in tipping generously...especially during the pandemic. I will continue to order Nancy's. I should try the thin crust more often....

I worked here delivering pizza and was treated so poorly by manager ! It was raining and sleeting and she told me to hurry up and was being timed… I’m a Sr citizen and have been in management my whole life…I found this appalling I made the delivery in a timely fashion and she didn’t have any regard for my safety so I quit !!! BBB has been notified. Owner called me and said sorry I couldn’t get along with her...

I have been getting pizza from this location with my family most of my life . To say the least we are addicted to our pizza haha . The staff has always been welcoming, friendly and the food constantly amazing . If you have not had it yet I suggest you run and get try it . I love this place and I can’t say thank you enough to the amazing staff and wonderful owner who holds the standard of true...
