15 Oct 2023 - I've had it with the inconsistency at this location. My pasta was perfect tonight but THIS (photos) IS UNACCEPTABLE. How hard is it to keep a pizza from folding onto itself? Peeling it apart was a chore that left one side completely stripped of cheese and toppings. Y'all need to figure out some things.
28 Aug - I gave y'all another chance on the pasta and it was SO MUCH BETTER this time. Four stars because the delivery girl dropped our wings (thankfully nothing fell out of the box), and popped up out of nowhere looking through our screen door instead of just coming up and knocking - not a good way to approach anyone's dwelling.
Newest photo is from our delivery order on 11 Aug 2023, of one of four items. What I want to know is, how did this pathetic dish leave the store and get delivered to me? Less pasta than usual, and almost no sauce! This is unacceptable. There is no way the quality check was even done, and if it was, someone didn't do their job. Last time we ordered pasta from you guys, it was fuller and more saucy. Someone dropped the ball last night, and ruined my meal. I don't think I'll be getting pasta from you guys again.
Older review: We order delivery from this location way more than we should, but that's a great sign, obviously.
Very rarely have we had a late delivery and/or unsatisfactory food. The delivery people are great, especially the kind gentleman we had around 8PM on 4 February. The food is tasty and fresh, and well-made. See photo for the prettiest pizza we've had!

Read moreOrdered online for delivery. Tracker showed my order was delivered but we didn't receive it. Called the store and spoke to Charles who informed me that my order was still at the store and that the wrong order was labeled as mine.
I asked to speak to a manager and he hung up on me.
I called back and spoke to the assistant manager, Cameron who stated that "90%" of their customers don't mind errors on their orders and that he had never received a complaint. Cameron offered the following options; wait for my order to be delivered (no way of tracking when/if pizza would be delivered), accept a refund that will take 3-5 business days to hit my account or go up to the store and get a cash refund (I ordered delivery because I wasn't able to get to the store).
When I asked to speak to the manager Cameron informed me that there was not anyone higher than him available and that I could call the following day and speak to a manager "first thing at 10 am".
However, Cameron refused to provide a name for said manager.
Reviews show that "90%" of people being satisfied is an inaccurate...

I then get my order and it’s not complete (missing bread bites) so I call back and talk to the manager -Jennifer. She was extremely confrontational, talked over me and argued over the situation. Jennifer then told me to call corporate and hung up on me.
When I called back for her to transfer me to corporate.. the young girl answering abruptly told me “ this is an issue for corporate.” Jennifer the manager then got on the line and threatened to “call the cops” if I called back.
