Please don’t be fooled by this store. The manager is useless. Little did I know when I came in on promotions that they are NOT an actual Verizon store…. Very misleading. Been to 3 others stores and have gotten the run around. No promotions, but up the butt and I still can’t transfer over from my old phone. Paid for everything and now have to continue to argue with customer service. Don’t waste your time here because you’ll be charged hundreds of dollars with no transfer of your old number or anything. Then when you go in for help and the person you talk to doesn’t have an iPhone and they ask the manager cause they do, you ask a simple question and the second a new person walks in to scam he will tell you oh I’m meant to help them…. Just to scam and boost his own pocket. Seriously be aware they are NOT Verizon “just affiliated with them” but when you ask they don’t tell you. Verizon puts these ones in nice dressed attire yet the REAL Verizon is in polos. Don’t waste your time here because they are useless on every front. Manager doesn’t care just cares about his pocket! As well as they tell you oh we charge you an activation fee here but you’ll get another one on your bill….so that’s 70 I’ve paid just in activation without any promotions and I’ve had to fight for it back. Tons of money up front to be treated like this. Knowing there’s a scam and letting it happen just goes to show there are serious scams going on here.    Read moreNot only worst experience. But terrible service. In January. I switched from at&t (big mistake) and went with Verizon because of the signing and trade in deals. (Total lie) my bill is much larger then what it would of been solo at at&t and the coverage is embarrassing. The commercials for Verizon is 100% false advertising. I don't even get service on main st New milford. And in very basic locations. My phone service also doesn't work well at my house either. And at&t was full service at my house. Wifi calling drops calls constantly, although I think it's more outdated router on my fault. But in the whole round experience. I rate it -5 stars. The clerk I went with got fired the day after i purchased. With stuff still needed to be done with the phone. And was very uncomfortable experience coming back to that. She sold me a hand picked plan. And I was even told I was supposed to get money off with a trade in. And didn't where I basically gave this place my phone that I bought off Amazon, that WAS AN UNLOCKED PHONE. for nothing, which was a broken Zflip3 with the screen folding issue from the screen folding. (Class action pending) . I will be canceling when my contract is up. And I expect compensation for the terrible service. And what should be crime...
   Read morePoor, misleading sales, even worse service. I have several people on my plan, and all were happy to keep their old phones to keep down my costs. They all told this to the salesman. The salesman said the new phones would only be 28 cents more a month. I asked him, with the transfer, if he could see my ATT bill and he said 'yes.' Everyone got new phones, based on the 28 cent claim, and old phones were turned in. One of which was bought outright. Now I have a $1700 bill from ATT for the phones I turned in, and the salesman claimed he could not see that information. The icing on the cake is that the service is horrible. When I need to make important calls, I have to leave my house. People on the other end, and I are constantly yelling, 'HELLO..." This was NEVER the case with ATT. I was very happy with ATT service, and was only switching to save money. Even if I was naive trusting the salesman, please know that Verizon service in our area is abysmal.
