update: called management directly to order since my order is always wrong. dec 31 1pm. she ensured she’d make sure there was no garlic over my pizza. i pick it up to garlic all over the pizza even after careful calling. attitude out the world. no apologies or accountability. the disrespect.
on top of that- the cook gave me the pizza initially and closed the window. he thought it was already paid for. a bunch of people not doing their jobs. being a good samaritan i waited, called him back to the window and said i still need to pay. then realized my stuff is wrong and got nothing but lack of care after from them
Update: I stopped ordering from here bc it was garlic on my pizza always when I reguest NOT, pizza not cut so I’d be on lunch eating the pizzza whole and messy, or waiting over an hour. Just tried to order and called to get hung up on- finally spoke to someone asking if I can get it well done to specify certain wants for my pizza. She caught an attitude, hollered over me and told the people in the background to make it burnt. Click. Another hang up. Needless to say order canceled. NEVER WILL order again but I can’t make this up….. it’s my fault for giving benefit of doubt and trying again here.
Ordered for delivery an hour ago. It was promoted 20-30 min. Still no food. Tried to call in to ask & got hung up on after telling me there’s 1 delivery driver without letting me respond. It’s more so the lateness but no clear answers & y’all only have 1 driver a shift?

The driver arrived in my neighborhood at 8:26pm and she was five minutes away from my house then all of a sudden when I went back to track my order it says delivered but the driver had never brought it. So I called the store and an employee answered and was less than helpful. I kept explaining to him that my order says delivered but I never received it and the only thing he told me was “She coming, she coming” with an attitude. So I asked him well why would she mark it as delivered and she know she hasn’t delivered it yet and I also asked him is there any way I can call her ?Again he proceeds to tell me the same thing “She coming, she coming”. Didn’t apologize or offer any other solution so I just said okay bc at that point I’m getting frustrated. So I waited outside again, 15 minutes has past and the driver still haven’t arrived. So I called the store again and the same employee I spoke to earlier answered and I asked to speak to a manager. He quickly put me on hold and then picked the phone up acting like he was the manager like I wouldn’t be able to tell his voice. Again I explained the situation and he’s still telling me the same thing “She’s coming , she’s coming” with no other solution again. After that I just hung up the phone bc I knew I wasn’t getting anywhere with him. The driver finally arrived about 15 minutes of hanging up. She was very apologetic to me about my order unlike the so called manager. I have never had a customer service person disrespect me like that in my life. Read moreThey had the door locked so I had to stand out in the rain until the lady managed to let me in and open the door by pushing the button. She let me stand there for a couple of minutes getting wet before she decided to do so. She saw me immediately, so there’s no excuse there. I believe this was a race thing. I could be wrong, maybe she’s just a terrible person.
I am a disabled veteran so, I had enough challenges to deal with already. I just wanted some pizza.
Her name was Keisha. She was absolutely horrible. I’ll never spend another dime with the entire dominoes company because of the way I was treated by this person, and I used to work at dominoes when I was 19.
She was angry about something that obviously had nothing to do with me; gave me a HORRIBLE attitude. I’m 52 years old and I’ll be honest I’ve never been treated so rudely.
When I reacted in kind, she canceled my Order and told me to get out. She also said that she would call the police on me if I didn’t leave within five minutes. I’m not really sure what the five minutes was about. If she felt threatened or insulted, she should’ve called the police then; not within five minutes.
