HUT 35 FOOD TRUCK — Restaurant in New Orleans

First trip to New Orleans, so I was looking forward to eating some good food. My Bro took me to a location called Hut 35 Food Truck. The guy who took my order was very nice & pleasant. He was also the chef. I ordered lamb chops and grilled shrimp. My Bro ordered the Burger Trio. His food came 1st. Bacon cheeseburger, chicken wings, & wet French fries. AMAZING FLAVORS. I got my food, and I must say that i've never had lamb chops with any sauce on them. But these lamb chops were grilled perfectly, and this sauce....OMG! 🔥🔥🔥 So Good & so flavorful that it actually enhanced the great natural taste of lamb. I'm going to need a shipment of that sauce. Man I was visiting from North Carolina and we ran across this rare treasure you ever heard of a diamond 💎 in the rough this food truck is just that the first guy with with dreads he was very kind and professional we order and upon wating his cousin came up and we found out they own the truck together I order the bayou pasta man i was skeptical at first because it had crawfish in it but he said it was good he promise and he did not lie that excuse my language that sugar honey ice tea was good I again never had catfish the cousin said try it and let just say first time in 48 years trying catfish and I now love it was season to perfection I didn't have to add nothing to either just open up my mouth and eat it if you are in the area I promise you you want be disappointed definitely I will eat here again win visiting but I expect them to have a restaurant coming the food is just that...

My first time here and let me tell you I might tell you a joke but never a lie! Excuse my plate, the goal was to take a picture first but first off the wings didn’t allow it because when I got my first taste I had to go in for more ! These sweet heat wings are perfect not too soggy but not fried too hard either. But this bayou pasta is top tier. I always say these are the chefs they need in restaurants because a lot of them ain’t touching what this food truck put out. I highly recommend.
