Good Dive bar that sometimes has live music and Sunday is usually horror movie early and old school country music DJ night later. Crowd varies between punk rockers, metal rockers, hipsters, and normal people just out late boozing. Used to be a great Sunday late night hang out before Katrina but now it is a lot more difficult to pin down when it will be a good night. I used to go a lot more and especially on Sundays but I rarely make it there anymore due to the inconsistent crowd. One of the better late night bars (1am-7am) in NOLA, not to mention the varying crowd keeps things fresh and stands apart from your standard late night staples that tend to go stale. It can be rather hipster, but New Orleans seems to be going that route these daze in general.
In a nutshell, this place won me over with their Frozen Dranks. THEY....
