The food is incredible here. It is a very unique flavor profile that is not common in New Orleans, but certainly has a place in this dynamic city. The pastries are gorgeous. With beautiful pastries the taste is equally astounding. Many bakeries in the city have beautiful pastries that lack a strong profile in depth of flavor and texture of the food. There are Swedish rolls that I am VERY in love with. And, she is making me a corn convert with that Anson Mills corn muffin with honey butter.
