calling to report Kevin. first and foremost , he handled nothing after my complaint when i walked in. mocked me. threatened to kick me out once they charged my card twice by mistake after DRIVING BACK UP there to complain. it started when i went in and asked if the printer could be replaced with only the black ink. i was told yes. i asked several times if they were sure. a young man confirmed. i told them several times i have an appt as an artist it’s my first time replacing the ink and i need to make sure so i am not late. didn’t work. came back in. kevin the management confirmed it wouldn’t work. i told him i was told several times it would. and now im late. not once did he take accountability. gave a full blown attitude , started to holler at me when i told him i would report him for the lack of care. amongst this he mocked my accent as a black woman , mocking the things i was telling him back in a certain accent. just rude. and ruthless. charging my card amongst all this the young man charged me a second time. i have all this on receipt. had to refund me. and still never apologized and i was forced to keep the pack and buy more ink i could’ve bought all while there in one. i was charged because between them discussing plans they were each in a whole different world. this whole ordeal took 30 min and 20 min drives and pushing all my appts back for the day. i am livid! how is your staff giving wrong answers. you have to go all the way back. management is threatening to kick you out after mocking you and faulting you for something you asked several times. the second i said i was going to report him he threatened to kick me out. what happened to freedom of speech? esp to hold someone accountable.

The state of the self-serve copier/printers is abysmal. They're all caked in dirt. They burn dirt and little hairs/fibers into your prints. 1/2 of the machines don't work. No one in the building had any clue about the state of the self-serve printers. They didn't know when they were last serviced. They somehow didn't know they were caked in dirt, etc. The manager I spoke with actually defended their self, and had no curiosity about the problem I brought to them.

Tuesday is taco tuesday all day. If you come in with a plate of 37 tacos every item in the store is 8 cents off. Max 1 item. The only catch is you have to eat all 37 tacos in 37 seconds while the store mascot hits you in the head with a faint foam number one finger.

Office Depot Review - Customer Service Experience

I recently visited an Office Depot store and unfortunately had a very negative experience with the customer service. I want to share my experience so the company can improve and provide better service to its customers.

Manager’s Behavior: A young woman who identified herself as the manager displayed completely inappropriate behavior. On one occasion, she yelled at a customer who was trying to make copies, leading to an uncomfortable and unprofessional argument. Additionally, I witnessed her throwing items at customers and maintaining a very unpleasant facial expression. This type of behavior is unacceptable, especially in a leadership position where professionalism and respect toward customers are expected. In another instance, a customer even recorded her due to her attitude, which highlights how serious the situation was.

Lack of Help: The manager showed no willingness to assist customers. Her attitude was cold and disinterested, making the shopping experience very unpleasant. I firmly believe that people with this kind of attitude should not work in a customer service environment, where kindness and a willingness to help are essential.

Good Service from Other Employees: On the other hand, I want to highlight a bilingual lady who works at the store. She is very friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist customers. There is also a young man who provides good service. These employees are examples of how customer service should be.

Conclusion: Unfortunately, the negative experience with the manager completely overshadowed my visit. Office Depot is a well-known store, but this type of behavior can damage its reputation. I hope the company takes steps to improve customer service and ensures that all employees, especially those in leadership positions, treat customers with respect and kindness.

My experience w/ st. charles location has always been good. It was excellent this past week, the employees & manager, joe doyle, was very helpful & accommodating . He not only helped me w/ what i wanted but he also went out of his way to do what he could to circumvent a problem i had with one of item. No one else had authorization but he; he didn't have to go out of his way. I am very pleased with the assistance & my experiences there.

This location is convenient ,for me, bc its right off of a main street & closest to where i reside. This said ,bc as a newbie, to NOLA its hard & scary driving around, esp. downtown- i'm always afraid of ' accidents ' with pedestrains in /and around the french quarter. The city grows on me & beginning to love...
