This business SUCKS!!! It is ran by SCAMMERS!!! I only came because my best friend bought a section for the Bears vs Saints game. I’m convinced their bottles are watered down, we ordered 4 bottles between 5 ppl and no one is drunk. In addition to that my friend bought a $500+ dollar section and everyone on his list had to wait in line 20 mins after being on the list and paid for in advance. Very rude and unprofessional service by the owner. The server was nice though. I would not recommend this or any other Larry Morrow businesses, especially not the restaurant Morrows where they automatically add gratuity to each individual which is illegal in Louisiana. Only reason they get 1 star is because the server was decent.

I had the pleasure of visiting Cache a Server at Treehouse, and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and creativity. The space is beautifully designed, blending a tech-inspired atmosphere with cozy, community-centered vibes. The service was exceptional—friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about what they do. Whether you’re a gamer, a developer, or just someone who enjoys unique spaces, this place has something for you. I especially appreciated the thoughtful layout and attention to detail—every corner felt intentional and inspiring.

Here on vacation at a day party and was told that we needed to move because someone bought the table. Not a booth. A round counter height table with 2 bar stools. We were told that everytime someone buys a table we have to move and we would have to stand up to eat. They should have told us that at the door before we paid $20 per person drinks and ordered some food $18 for wings. FYI they take a pic of your ID if you use your card. There should be something posted if they dont want to verbally tell customers this information. Very unprofessional business practice. Not everyone is from N.O. Do better

Let me start off saying, I been here twice while visiting the city. Once like 2 years ago & the second was this weekend. The first time bartenders were cool and friendly, and it wasn’t crowded but this weekend let me know I would NEVER come back! Drinks are overpriced and the dark skin bartender with like brown/blonde highlights in the front where you first walk in , was disgustingly rude . She was overcharging, texting too much, walking away mid orders, had an attitude the whole time and the drinks were nasty af on top of all that lol. She had no customer service, and tbh a lot of the bottle girls could use a little customer service training too . I usually tip big because I know how it is but I just couldn’t do that here.

The “club” is basically all sections too so it’s odd for small groups who might just walk in like us. You just end up standing awkwardly by the door or bar . The owner was there too but he ain’t seem friendly either. Idk I’m just used to a little more . Hell I been to hole in walls with better experiences. DJ had weird transitions & the set was all over the place so it was kinda making it hard to vibe. The best part of Treehouse honestly was the cute, nice & funny bouncer/security working the front. I been to clubs all over and I always APPRECIATE when security isn’t overly aggressive. But overall, wasn’t impressed and we end up leaving after just 40 minutes . But hey, hopefully...

So…here’s my thing: I only take the time to make reviews if I have exceptional reviews or extremely disappointing ones. This one is for very unacceptable service…so disappointing. We’ve been in NOLA for 3 days now, and at least 5 ppl have recommended treehouse. Unfortunately, our experience was not that great. Our server was so inattentive that she sat in the booth connected to ours and did not notice when we needed assistance because she was too busy in her phone and smoking hookah with her team members. Additionally, my food order was incorrect, and “I” had to try to come up with a solution because hers was to fix it myself because “unfortunately the kitchen just closed.” No care if I had an allergy or anything, just scrape off the wrong ingredients.

AND THEN!, to top things off, we had a $300 bottle of ($30 crown royal) that they decided to rush us to finish 45 minutes before closing by pouring into one of our cups until the bottle was empty to “turn us up,” and then they cleared our table. So much so that I had to tell our server to at least leave us a cup of ice.

I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied.

Oh and I forgot the fact that the ppl who sat next to us had to constantly walk past us to enter/exit because the hookah for the EMPLOYEES was blocking their way.

Anyway, I don’t have to...

Normally I don’t write poor reviews but after my experience last night, I felt that this needed to be shared in hopes that they will improve their customer service. I came in town from Florida to celebrate my birthday and was referred to treehouse. Prior to my visit, I tried to reach out to this establishment to see about reserving a section. I called multiple times and could never get anyone to answer the phone. I still decided I’d give it a try since it was highly recommended. Of course once I got there, there were no more sections available. Me and my friends spotted a table and were told that it was not reserved. We ordered a hookah and attempted to order a bottle but none of the bottle girls would come around to place our order. Shortly after purchasing the hookah, we were told we had to move from the table that we were originally told you didn’t have to reserve. There was nowhere to sit or place the hookah so we went to the bar and was told the hookah couldn’t be on the bar and that they would call security if we didn’t move it. This was the most embarrassing and unprofessional experience I’ve ever encountered especially for it being my birthday and not being from...
