Leo's Caboose — Restaurant in New Orleans

Food is very good, well seasoned, with chunks of ham and pork, sausage, plenty enough food to fill you up. I had the every monday southern meal, red beans and rice, with a smoothered porkchop, and a side of french bread. Taste was good, price was below 15 dollars with tax, and more than enough food on the plate to have it to go! The area is not great, but its close to alot of bussinesses and close to St Charles ave. Over all, i will be back to try other hot food plates they will have later on. Their AC might not work well, but hopefully they ll fix it soon, bc these dog days of summer is...

What a cute lil oldskool sandwich shop near Touro. This place looks like it's been here for a long time.

The staff is super friendly. The portions are quite generous and filling. There is a good amount of seating and it's clean. There's doors on either side b of the street which gives this shop excellent access.

Perfect place to stop for a breakfast sandwich and coffee or some hearty lunch of gumbo or po-boys.

This is one of my favorite places for great soul food, hands down!!!! Each day they have many different options and OH MY GOD the food is delicious!!!! They offer breakfast as well. I don't work near them anymore so it disappoints me that I can't go as often!!! Everyone is so nice!! You won't be let down if you try this place!!!! I wish they were open later ( closes at 3pm) and I wish they were open...
