We used to enjoy ordering from Ming Garden for our family of 5. Over the years, we have spent hundreds of dollars at this restaurant. Unfortunately, they have recently raised prices and lowered service standards substantially. They no longer offer on-site delivery (only permitted through Grub hub, Door Dash, etc), which leaves ample room for miscommunication and blame dodging. The last few times they delivered to us, our order arrived with incorrect and/or missing entrees. They only ever offer one solution for THEIR mistakes. Customers must drive all the way there and receive corrected items in person. This completely defeats the purpose of having food delivered in the first place. Not to mention, the extra “convenience” fees and tips, which were paid for nothing. Their employees are often despondent and sometimes even rude when being questioned. The last time this happened, someone hung up on me twice during the same conversation. I have worked in the service industry and understand how a busy work day can make one feel a bit overwhelmed. However, it is unacceptable to ignore and mistreat loyal customers. It has turned into an awful lot of trouble to receive overpriced, average-tasting food and poor...
Read moreDO NOT. I REPEAT. DO NOT! Order food from this place. My entire family has gotten sick from their food. My one year old threw up as well as my son and husband. We love Chinese food, and passed this place by. We ordered the shrimp fried rice, lo mien, gen tso chicken, and it was a huge disappointment. I had to stop my son from panicking. My daughter is currently still ill. The crab Rangoon had little to nothing in it. The French toast was burnt. The rice tasted as if it was mixed with chemicals. I ask of you to please have higher expectations when it comes to choosing who to eat from. I will never try them again and anyone who asks me about them I will wholeheartedly tell them to stay away. I wanted so bad to enjoy the food but that was $60 in the trash. Called them to let them know so that they wouldn’t allow it to happen, but it was as if they could care less. Please avoid feeding this to...
Read moreBean Curd w Szchuan sauce is vegan. You can also ask for the Vegetable Fried Rice without egg and it'll be vegan:) Not many other vegan options but they'd prob let you sub bean curd in for the dishes with meat.
They serve in styrofoam but they were nice enough to put my food in the reusable food containers I brought with me.
I dined in and the food came out hot and flavorful!! Great portions for the price. It was yummy! The Szechuan sauce was not spicy at all lol so maybe ask for extra spicy if ur actually looking for anything close to Sichuan spice.
The person at the counter was nice and helpful. Chill/friendly vibes. Several tables inside but issa pretty small place. No outside seating
Recommend for starving vegans looking for affordable good Americanized Chinese...
