My sister and I came to get quick, healthy brunch. I ordered an almond smoothie and she ordered the seasonal lemonade and some food. She gave us a table number and sat down. When the cashier brought us our drinks(one was brown and the other light green). We thought it was odd that the lemonade would be green, but the other smoothie was mine so we both took a sip. My sister said the lemonade tasted odd, but we thought it was just a unique blend. But a customer came up to our table and told us that we had her number and that these were her drinks. We immediately apologized and said these were the drinks handed to us and that I had ordered the same almond drink as her. But, she goes to the cashier and asks for us to pay for the skinny green smoothie which is what my sister took a sip out of. The cashier comes over and tells us to pay and says “sorry”. In an instance like this, no one should have to pay for a mistake made by the worker. We came into this restaurant, payed for drinks and food, and expect to drink and eat any food that is handed to our table without warning. I understand everyone makes mistakes , but this is frustrating and has stopped us from ever coming back to this location. However, the drinks and food were great; such a same...

Read moreI'm a regular customer. I've lived in New Orleans for 10 years. I just spent $50 on a Indian curry bowl, a mango lassi, a coffee & a juice at the magazine location. I'm very disappointed in the service today as the prices are way too high for the food for these kind of mess up's. They somehow forgot how to make smoothies today. Idk. I've ordered the mango lassi many many times before. Today, they somehow served my mango lassi with cacao. I paid $12 for the small size 12 oz smoothie first of all which is insane. Did not ask for cacao. I don't know why or how it was added to my smoothie but it made the smoothie so disgusting and bitter that it was not edible. The smoothie color was noticeably brown instead of yellow. I had to ask them to remake it cacao. They served me a new smoothie and this one doesn't have any mango in it so I'm having to throw it out. It's pure coconut crème. No sweetness. I won't be coming back here which sucks because I was a regular. your prices are way too high for these kind of mess ups. I will be taking my...
