Wing Snack Express III — Restaurant in New Orleans

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE As my companions and I walk into the corner store of a building, we are smoldered with the heat of the attitude from the workers. We order our very over priced meal and wait for it in the designated waiting area, which so happens to be featured in the volcanic heat of a new orleans summer. After about 15 minutes of standing up and waiting outside to be serviced our food, we are delivered the wrong order with a side of attitude from the same worker. After we retrieve our food, I go back to the jail cell of a window to ask for a simple plate for my companion and I to share our meal. But instead, I was given an unpretentious sized plate. As I gently asked for another plate, I was then told no. What kind’ve of business tells the customer they can’t have a plain plate? After I paid for this overpriced food and dealt with your attitude, AND had my order messed up I know that I will NEVER be returning to this...

Today was the worst this location has a reputation for good food however today I was in a hurry and called in a phone order that was accpected and confirmed ready in 15mins upon my arrival expecting to pick up my food and go I was informed because a previous phone order wasn't picked up my order would be made once I arrived so after waiting 20mins I left with my $45 order sat down and started with the fries after eating one wing the taste was different (not good) so I ate more fries the next 2 pieces were just as bad so I called to complain and was informed a customer complained the chicken was to salty so now its served with lite seasoning if I wanted lite seasoning I would cook it myself at home the whole point of going is for the flavor and now Im posting this in Burger King drive-thru hungry running late for work ...

This lady is bad for business.This lady made me wait for a door dash food order for 20 mins. After checking on the order about 4 times, she then told me that she wasn’t authorized to give me the food with a nasty attitude. I’m not the type to fuss over someone else’s food…So I called door dash to get the ordered cancelled. I still got paid for that blank trip but Wing Snack got paid nothing for refusing to release someone’s order. I also used to order from here but not anymore. She seemed impaired and that’s just not someone I would want handling my money or food. Make sure you make those drivers confirm their order instead of making this a problem for the next person.
