Vieux Carre — Restaurant in New Orleans

When ended up here by chance and it ended up being a fantastic time. We were taking a walk after having dinner at a nearby restaurant and a gentleman was kind enough to invite us in for a drink. Let me tell you this is a real neighborhood bar. The night we were there they were having a party for all the members of the bar who had birthdays that month. Nice dj playing old school jams and rnb. They even played a song for us because it was our wedding anniversary. Just real people here who will welcome you with real southern hospitality.

Service was horrible for my first time. The Dj talked too much and didn't let any of the music play for his talking. We had to wait some time before we were waited and still got the drinks wrong . The service was horrible not sure of the guys name but it a was horrible the vibe was nice customers were very nice...

The happy hour is nice and it's somewhat peaceful so it can be a speakeasy during that time happy hour that is the staff seems nice...
