3rd time in a row now we have had TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE at this store..and not just us..but other cutomers in the store as well ... we travel quite a distance to shop at this store..and have recommended family & friends to this store..BUT NO MORE!! Not gonna continue to give our hard earned money to a place and be treated so rudely and inconsiderately in return...all 3 times now there has only been 1 cashier and weve had to wait in long lines to check out....yesterday we waited in a long line while someone we were told was a head cashier with the name Jade was dusting off the popcorn machine...and actually told customers they had to go get in the long line to be waited on... soooo hopefully your popcorn machine brings you more benefit than paying customers...because these are some paying customers who will be taking there business somewhere else... One time we called to see if they had in stock something we was making the long trip for and was rudely told yes it was there..only to make the trip and it was not there... As i look through the reviews here i have read several mixed reviews of bad experiences at this store..so hopefully something will eventually be done about your rude employees for other...

Rural King is a circus of nothing but angry female employees. No disrespect but called as seen, and that's every time. Today the cashier was kind enough to stop herself from smacking my wife's hand while growling she's to use a pen with the card reader. It says that same thing, but nicely, in the printed instructions. It specifically says pen used for touch screen and not keypad. Ricardo, the grunting employee, whatever he called herself, didn't read that far. And this is the most pleasant of all the trips there. If dealing with hostile employees angry while working because the summer sausage sweats won't go away Rural King is your one stop shop. You'll know you're there when you see supposed to be employees yelling at shoppers with their cheek packed tight with the spicy summer sausage that they are at the same time telling shoppers doesn't exist-they've never seen it-and if you find it I'll charge you triple the actual price. Positive note, they have a bunch of baby chicks trying to brighten up the dreariness with their little peep peeps running around. Almost worth the abuse...
