Quick in and out. After going to three other stores looking for a 1-7/8 ball with a 3/4 inch stem, and having no luck, I walked into the New Philly store and asked the associate if they stocked them. He directed me to the exact location, where the exact ball I needed was in stock and at least $2 less than the price of the same hitch with the wrong stem. THANK YOU, Harbor Freight. I'll be back to spend some time strolling...

Always love shopping here. Staff is friendly and helpful. I find it impossible to not walk out with more than what I went there for. Prices are hard to beat. They carry different brands for the same tools so there is something for your budget to get what you need. Being a member also pays off as they run sales where members get higher...

Get most of my maintenance tools here cheaper lifetime warranty and are good if you get there top of line hand tools, bought Pittsburgh pliers biggest one slipped on teeth no problem returning them and upgraded to better once. I do use pliers hard strong guy so would be ok probably...
