Just moved to the area and was looking for a drive-thru coffee place that wasn’t Starbucks. We’ve visited Biggby 3x - the first time was exceptional. Very friendly employee, quick, correct service, and a nice latte. The 2nd and 3rd visits were so disappointing we won’t be back. A different employee working the window (same one for 2nd and 3rd visit. Not the same as 1st visit) not a good communicator or listener for that matter which are imperative skills for this type of service. When we got to the window she gave us the order total then said “how much will you be tipping the baristas today?”. We found this to come across very rude, especially since we were paying with cash. She then handed us two incorrect lattes and when we told her they were incorrect she argued with us. Eventually that situation was corrected but we left with a bad taste in our mouth. The 3rd and final trip back we were unlucky enough to get the same employee taking our order. This time we sat at the ordering menu without a greeting long enough that we said “good morning” and she snapped back she’d be with us soon. Ok, no problem. But then we had the same problems. Upon asking for payment this time she said “how much of this is for the baristas?” When I handed her cash. Unbecoming and rude. She handed us the wrong order AGAIN and argued AGAIN! After “fixing” it she handed us 2 lattes assuring us they were correct, we pulled away from the window and they were wrong. Had to go around the line again. Long story short we won’t be returning. Really wish we could have had the same employee as the first visit but time is too valuable to be arguing over coffee and going through the...

We went through here our very first time over the weekend and I definitely really liked my coffee. It was strong but smooth at the same time, which I enjoy. Unfortunately my only gripe is that I was bummed when we went to leave I noticed the electronic sign out front had the fun different flavors listed. I'm assuming they are limited time/seasonal/etc? But when I noticed that, I saw a flavor on there that I much rather would have wanted to try over the one I got from the regular menu... so.. my question is.. why wouldn't you just put the special flavors on a sign by the order menu so people can actually see them? I will be back for sure, but it would be nice to not have to try to look at and read an electronic sign while driving by, while it's also flashing other things on the screen...
