I purchased a vape for my adult son‘s birthday, he didn’t want that brand so my son told me to return it and he would get the one he wanted. They wouldn’t let me return it. The cashier said that I could have anything in the store up to the amount that the vape cost, I said I do not use tobacco products, he said My Son could come pick them up, I said My Son lives in PA. He’s not coming to the store too far, he said then get him on the phone, My Son was on vacation, and he doesn’t use tobacco products only the vape . There is no policy stating no returns on the receipt no policy anywhere in the store. The vape was over $95 and cashier told me that he didn’t know when the owner was going to be in there for me to speak to owner and said that he didn’t know how to make a return because there’s tax on it. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau. I would not recommend this store because they’re not about the consumer’s Satisfaction as they have on the receipt. I truly believe that this store is selling fake products. I purchased a quick fix fake urine and opened the package. The lid was clear when it's supposed to be white! The temperature strip looks completely different than real quick fix.. People are literally going to lose their jobs because of this place!! I also purchased an 8 oz bag of kratom for around $49-50. You can literally go a mile down the road to cheap tobacco and buy 3 bag's of 3oz for cheaper and it's the same exact brand!!! First time in this vape shop and already skinny young dude behind the counter caught and attitude with me. Then I had used my husband punched card for a discount and he was saying it was already used. Then after said I didn’t have one of the holes punched.
