I love this place and will eat here everyday if I could. Now that I got that out of the way. Letās start the real review.
Now I have been to this location many times. I have had only 1 major thing that happened but I was taken care of by the time I had to leave. Which I will explain. So this particular day happened right after work. So around 5ish or 530ish. Any way itās what restaurants call the rush hour. Just like it would be on the road. That happens in restaurants. I made my usual order which is very simple and I get the same thing every time. My order already was taking long (20min) and then a waiter popped through the doors but when I saw the waiter taking the wings to a customer that came in about 3/4 people after me. I asked my waitress what was going on because I saw my exact order go to a table that was sat down a few people after me. She then talked to that exact person and so he taken the wrong order or someone in the backed messed up. Regardless of whoās fault it was the waiter came back out and spoke to me directly and informed me of the situation and I said it was okay and that Iāll wait. Another (15mins) past and then I said can I just take it to go. He asked for me stay and apologized again for the inconvenience. I simply just stated I couldnāt because of time. About (2mins) later he came out with the bag and said donāt worry about it. āItās on meā and I said no itās okay I can still pay for it because I understand itās rush hour and things are bound to happen as we are all humans and the restaurant is trying to get everyoneās bellyās full. He still insisted and I said thank you and he also said thank you for not getting upset. I
So my message to everyone is not everyone out there is trying to purposely ruin your meal or day or whatever it may be But, understanding the time, the day or place your gonna be at isnāt always going to be as great or bad like it was the last time you were there. I have gone there when itās rush hour and didnāt have any problem. Remember itās a 2 way street just like it would be in your job. There are a few good waiters/waitresses but we seem to always get stuck with the worst ones. we never really expect much out of them anymore but this was probably one of our worst experiences yet. we went in on a tuesday evening and it wasnāt very busy because it was around 830. Our waitress came and ordered our food fairly quickly but then it took forever for it to come out (at least 40 minutes) and when it got there it was barely warm/cold but i just went along with it because i was ready to go home but then i start eating my celery and found that it was mushy, so i went on to the wings. wings were good but cold, same with the fries, during the whole time we were there the waitress only stopped by three times. i had ran out of ranch for my wings and the rest of my other veggies so i waited for her to come around. after a while i start scanning around the restaurant and i find that our waitress is just sitting at the bar on her phone, eating and talking with another employee. we waited almost 15-20 for her to come over because she was just sitting up there. she came over and checked on us and then disappeared for another 15 minutes and then finally brought us our checked after seeing that we were basically done when she was there 15 minutes previous. i hate being this type of person but iāve just had it with the poor service all around. itās really ruining my love for buffalo wild wings. attached picture is of her just sitting at the bar talking, eating and messing around on her phone. this was the second time weāve had a similar issue with this...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreTo be fair, let me first say that our server was very nice (not extremely attentive, but nice none the less.) We walked into an empty BW3s early on a Monday afternoon. When I say empty, there were three tables in the entire restaurant with people sitting at them. We ordered drinks and appetizer, and wanted to look at the menu before ordering meals. Then we waited, and waited and waited. 20 minutes later we got our 3 drinks...no appetizer. Then placed our meal order. Another 25 minutes and still no meal, or appitizer. I grabbed our empty glasses and went to hunt down our very nice server for another round. I found another server sitting watching tv and asked for ours. She came over and we asked for another round and to see the manager. 10 minutes went by and we got up to leave and our server returned with our meals (no appetizer) and said the manager was cooking on the line...with 3 tables going in the entire restaurant?? At any rate, the manager said she would "take care of us" whatever that may mean, but we had no interest in complaining a free meal out of someone for poor service. I paid my 60.00 tab and tipped our server 15% for her, um effort. Won't be returning to this BW3's...and as for the short staffed dilemma, walking on the way out we spotted a table of servers wrapping silverware and a table of servers chatting.
