Last 3 mobile orders I got a meatball sub. Double meat, double cheese, extra banana peppers. All 3 times didn't get any of that. Few meatballs. N a couple banana peppers. First time I called to fix my charge for extra meatballs n was told a manager won't be there all weekend. Last 2 times I didn't even bother to call cuz what's the point. If there's never a manager there just a bunch of highschoolers working. Time before today I went in and the boy working was sighing n rolling his eyes over the few little things I asked. The bagged up the sub n pushed it twords me. But I didn't react. I served n barteneded for 10 years I know how some days go. But after yesterday when I picked up my subs n asked for a ramekin of marinara the same kid instaly shit attitude. One sub was for my girl n it was fine she said. But the other DOUBLE MEAT DOUBLE CHEESE AND EXTRA BANANA PEPPERS, Had 6 meatballs. NO cheese. And 4 banana peppers. I don't review often. But after 4 times of bad experiences there f that place. N there's not even a support number to call. Call that location there's not a manager there. And also when the time i went in to order they said more meatballs would taje 30 minites bc they were frozen. Cool thats fine but still got attitude. And 1st time i ordered mobile it was a 12 inch n SAME DUDE made only a 6" he made the other half but no "sorry" "my bad" just made it n set it on the counter. She didn’t ask me if I wanted my sandwich toasted just assumed . Ring me up before finishing the prep of my sandwich . She then goes and immediately puts gloves on with out washing her hands let me state glove she only put one glove on . When k ran a subway anytime gloves removed they are to wash hands before touching the glove think about it the outside of the glove that your touching is what’s touching the veggies . Secondly she touched the utensils with the ungloved hand held my sandwich cut it then didn’t even put on the second glove to finish process ,she held it in her hand that’s definitely not how your to do it .honestly if I’m following the leader and my manager is showing me the proper way to make good then it should be done that way to follow health code . He checked out on the mobile app as a guest so he didn’t enter his name for the order. I get to Subway to pick it up and one lady refused me our food, even after showing her the confirmation (which YOU CAN CONFIRM on the receipt). Food that we had already paid for. My whole body is shaking. I have social anxiety and this woman made it so much worse. I called my husband, and he’s not happy. An employee on her BREAK had to come over and help. Bless her because she was so kind. The other employee stormed off to the back because she was just being rude for no absolutely no reason. My husband was about to call the cops so I could get the food WE PAID FOR if the other employee didn’t step in.. so much drama for MY FOOD. Never doing that again.
