Updated: Communication via email is great but when I asked for specifically the room with the kpop machine, they initially put us (group of 6) in a different room. They were nice enough to not start the timer until we were in the correct space but keep that in mind for your own personal requests. Pricing is still mostly fair although confusing because the policies are not listed clearly in their website the last time I checked last month. But the staff and overall amenities are fantastic and super nice! I do feel like the reservation deposit still makes it expensive but its better to do it especially during peak hours on the weekend so keep that in mind. They're pretty good with walk ins. Pricing and the timer isn't great though because if the bartenders are all too busy with other people even if you leave the room early enough to catch the timer before your time is up, it will still charge you for those precious extra minutes so also keep in mind it won't ever be a flat price. Overall I still think this place is a great option. You just have to keep in mind of your own tabs and others because the happy hour prices and the itemized receipts can be confusing. I would recommend to bring cash because they have a $30 card minimum. But the food/drinks were great and tasty so the quality is 5 stars for me. So far it's been a trial and error for me cause with the reservation deposit on top of the happy hour/not happy hour price, it gets confusing and more expensive than you think it maybe. With the deposit for 2 hours, you're still paying a minimum of $20 which honestly cant be beat compared to...

It's often hard to find a place where you immediately feel the warmth of a true neighborhood spot, but this karaoke venue perfectly captures that feeling. It has all the right elements: friendly locals, a fun atmosphere, delicious bites, and amazing service.

The facilities are clean and well-appointed. I particularly appreciate that they offer both private and public karaoke options, which truly enhances the vibe. You can easily sing and feel like part of the crowd.

The service is also excellent. Our bartender, who I believe was named Juhee, was incredibly kind and accommodating. She consistently checked on us and ensured our songs were always in the queue.

I selected this spot for my birthday party and cannot recommend it enough. Ash was extremely accommodating and provided outstanding service. Drinks were delicious. I had about 25 people and booked a private room. The space was clean, seats were comfy, lots of options for room size as well and Ash allowed me to select the room before my party started. I got there early and checked in with ease, sang a few songs in the public bar area and had a great time. They had every song I wanted to sing in their books. I cannot express how perfect my evening was....
