375° Chicken 'n Fries — Restaurant in New York

On a Saturday night I was in the area, saw the great ratings (surprising for fast food). I ordered the 3 piece chicken tender meal. Came with a side of fries and you can pick the heat- I picked medium. The sauce I picked was the honey mustard.

My second visit I experienced friendly service. The first visit it was a tad stoic.

The food came out pretty quick, there are several indoor seating options for up to 5 parties of 2. The packaging is cute and functional. The chicken had a kick to it which was nice, I like a little spice. I wouldn’t go any higher than medium though, the kick was sufficient. The chicken pieces were larger than expected, I struggled to finish everything but I did. The chicken was juicy, fresh, crunchy and tasted like quality chicken (not the artificial tasting stuff with fillers that you find at most fast food places). This is the best fast food fried chicken I’ve had in NYC.

I’m not sure what the secret is to the fries but they were great! Very hot, crunchy and crispy. I’m not usually a fan of thicker cut fries but these were very tasty, I didn’t even need ketchup. The fries weren’t even particularly seasoned in any way aside from salt which I usually mind, but not in this case- nothing extra was needed.

5/5 highly recommended- the price is a bit steep I paid 17 dollars for my meal but it was worth it based on quality and portion size. They have cheaper options as well if you want a chicken...

My first visit to this small typical NY shop. A couple tables for dine in a small crowd at a time when the shop is not busy. We ordered a couple of chicken sliders. (1) Hot Chicken and (1) Buffalo - Honey. As previous patrons have noted and I agree that the chicken was not busting with flavor and the Hot chicken was lacking Hotness. We did not order any sauces to try the base flavor and not bury it with condiments. The menu does not have choices to add degrees of heat so if you want to kick it up you might want to grab some sauce. Bun was lacking for me as it was a bit too soft with the consistency of Wonderbread white bread. The bright spot for the chicken was it was cooked nearly perfect, crispy and juicy. For the side we had an order of spicy cheesy fries. No gripes here pretty good fries and nice seasoning. Additionally we grabbed a side of Mac and Cheese which was lacking flavor gritty and a complete let down. To be fair the menu advertises Mac as part of a complete meal with protein. At the end of the day I was seeking some comfort food and that's what I got. Some crispy, juicy chicken with room for improvement. I would recommend giving a shot if you have a craving for late night...

A truly delightful experience. We tried the Nashville Hot Chicken, Chicken and Waffle (Chick ‘n Waffle) (Buffalo Honey), fries with truffle mayo, and Very Vanilla shake with Ghirardelli chocolate sauce mixed in. The Nashville sandwiches were the right mixture of spicy and savory, and well balanced throughout. The chicken and waffles were sweet (might be too sweet for some so make sure to ask about this) but delicious. The fries were both crunchy and soft, and the truffle mayo was creamy and flavorful. The shake was delicious and the perfect combo with the Nashville Hot Chicken. While the menu says only the vanilla shake is available, they had Ghirardelli chocolate and caramel sauces available so make sure to ask for those as mix ins if desired! Definitely coming back and great quality as a second location. Give the new location...
